Here's one of the stretch I learned from @calimove YouTube awhile back. It's the downward dog twist. It works on your lats, chest, calves and hamstring (I hope I remember this correctly). Been using this stretch for awhile now. Thought I share it today 🙈

I use this stretch when I have this nagging strain especially around my upper back (downward dog helps but sometimes u need that extra push) 🧘🏻♀️

And cause I wanna avoid posting too much macro shots 😂 during this MRO. I actually took a lot today, I'll share it in my story for the time being and decides when to post it haha. Trying to avoid making videos coz phone gonna run out of space haha 🤔

1km warm up (I did 800m 🙈) + drills
Coach said 70% effort (so I targeted at 6mins pace/km and increase or reduce by 30 sec depending on distance 😁. He said easy, so am doing easy 🤣. And slow jog for RI but my legs can't lift at 3rd set, end up walking for the rest of the RI 😌

400m with 2 mins RI x3 (skipped 2 mins last RI)

Wednesday Hill Rep. The pacer said minimum 8 reps but you feel like dying finishing rep 4. So I did 5 (where I started walking already). I needed to pee too.

Weather was ok but legs burning was so real, I totally forgot this feeling from all the resting (a year). Good workout regardless. I will improve this year, injury free 🙏🏻
