Here's an avo toast to the morning!
This is what's posted on my IG stories and I made that multigrain with lots of grain and most ingredients purchased from @love_earth_organic cause they have literally everything, and I've included pea protein powder from @soluxe_protein into my grain mix. The theory is almost similar to high protein flour so it's kinda like replacing some flour with protein powder. Higher percentage of protein means stronger flour best suited to chewy, crusty breads so I find this combination quite awesome if you like more chew in the texture.
Multigrain :1/4 cup rolled oats
1/8 cup quinoa
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup sesame seed
1/8 cup flaxseed
1 packet black sesame powder (replaced by 0.5 TBS sugar)
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tablespoon active yeast
0.5 tablespoons kosher salt
1.5 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup pea protein
1/4 cup wheat flour
Mix everything except pea protein, leave over night (12-16 hours). Then knead and fold pea protein in. Make into loaf and leave it to rise . When double in size, it's ready to bake ! 230 degree for an hour and 15 minutes.
Avo mash: avocado of course, yellow onion, sea salt, lemon juice, hemp, pysllium husk.
Top with sriracha sauce, ground flaxseed and more hemp.
