First class of 2021. I sort of lost count, maybe 42 or 43 session with @bern_cw @movability_calisthenics at @kungfudojosabah

It rained heavily that we could barely hear him 😂.

This year coach made us learn to align, tulah nda pandai engage 🙈🤭😳 Some of the usual workouts with extra sets 😆🙃 and some are more back to basic moves. My upper shoulder, butt and thighs are sore today. Wanted to go run but it didn't rain, so no running for me (to avoid crowds) also the sudden spike in cases lately is just scary 😔 stay safe everyone 🙏🏻

Need to build back my endurance and stay motivated 💪🏼 I miss running. I cardio everyday these days.

Last Saturday's class at @kungfudojosabah with @movability_calisthenics @bern_cw Just had my hip fixed at the chiropractor but feels a bit sore 🤔 Do I wanna find a new chiro again 😩

Apart from my sore back, I actually fixed my right shoulder too. It's more mobile now but lets see if there's improvement after another session with the chiro. My back still hurts though 🤔

I can jump to the wall 5 reps for the first set but can't lift both legs up. Notice I struggled doing any movement that requires me to use my lowerbody. And what's up with my jumping to a handstand? Hish🤣 🤣 🤣 Hopefully better progress next session.

I always want to go for a run but I don't know where to run where there is no crowd 😂

My usual session at @kungfudojosabah with @bern_cw @movability_calisthenics A lot of jumping, need to work on my issues. Feels and imbalance, even my arms felt weak 💆🏻‍♀️ I guess we'll be having more arms workout apart from core 🙈. Say no to cmco, slacking stay home. Improvise everytime coz of my limitations. Come on arms!!! Performance down on handstand hold 😤😤😤 hish. Need to increase endurance workout.
