Catching a quiet moment of silence today... been through a rough patch with work and life, and honestly it's taking a toll on my mental health. But I'm reminded recently that there is no shame in asking help from others, talking to someone or simply taking a break to decompress and recuperate. These days, I'm turning to gardening and Crystal meditations for my mental reprieve...what's yours?
