It has a unique texture that is different from traditional cheesecake.
Airy, mousse-like texture, velvety smooth, creamy and it wasn’t overly cheesy! Every bites melts in my mouth omg! And the Speculoos & Lotus cookie crumb as topping, just leveled up everything! It’s definitely worth the calories!
Ps: We had this for our dating anniversary celebration ❤️ Hubby gave 2 thumbs up although he is not a cheese lover! 👍👍 Imagine how good is the taste & texture of this cheesecake!!
