艾登是全母乳親餵的寶寶，目前1y12d。剛開始我也是聽了很多建議、提醒、勸誡(？孩子會很黏喔、會戒不掉喔、會夜奶、會難訓練balabala... 新手媽媽就已經精神緊繃加玻璃心，深怕自己哪裡做不好、做不對、做不夠，於是在親餵、瓶餵母奶、配方奶⋯當中精神崩潰無限輪迴好一陣子，後來我解套了，只因為沒有任何人的建議適合自己，應該說，請相信自己和寶寶，妳會知道什麼最適合妳和妳的孩子。
