依間咖啡店已經開左一段時間,今次襯推出左新Summer Menu入去試下~ 門面以簡約木系為主調,店内再拼以一啲時尚嘅掛畫同比較有家居感嘅座位,整體感覺休閑舒適✨ 🍔會classify佢為嘢食比較出色個邊嘅cafe,雖然都係以輕食為主,但就款式上比較特別,主要集中係沙律,wraps 同sourdough 。味道上都有返咁上下質素!上班族不況可以grap個chill lunch~

Resipi Burrito
2 sudu kecil minyak
½ bawang kuning, dipotong dadu kecil
1 lada bengala, dipotong dadu kecil
1 cawan black beans/ baked beans, dibilas air
Garam dan lada hitam
4 telur + 4 putih telur
1/3 cawan keju parut
4 keping tortilla
1/4 cawan yogurt greek
1/4 cawan salsa
1 tomato, dipotong dadu
1 avocado, dipotong dadu
Tumiskan bawang dan lada benggala dengan minyak dalam kuali sehingga lembut. Masukkan black beans dan telur dan gaul mesra atas api. Masak sehingga telur cukup kering. Perasakan dengan garam dan lada hitam secukupnya.
Sapukan yogurt atas kepingan tortilla. Taburkan inti yang telah dimasak di langkah 1. Taburkan sedikit daripada kesemua bahan lain. Balut buritto dan bakarkan sebentar untuk cairkan keju jika mahu.

Here are the 12 ingredients
1) Bread
2) Tortilla
3) Soba or Rice Noodles
4) Tomato Paste
5) Black Beans
6) Corn
7) Carrots
8) Bell Peppers
9) Chicken Leg
10) Onion
11) Eggs
12) Cheese

Breakfast - Pizza Bread (serves 1)
1) 2 slices Wholemeal Bread
2) 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
3) 2 tbsps. Tomato Paste
4) 1 tbsp. Cheese
Steps:
1) Boil the eggs until they are hard. Once the eggs are ready, thinly slice using an egg slicer.
2) Spread about 1 tbsp. of tomato paste evenly over each slice of bread and top it up with the sliced eggs.
3) Finally, sprinkle some cheese on top, just about 1 tbsp. on both.
4) If you have a toaster oven, simply bake for 5 - 7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread toasted. If not, you can also place it onto a pan and allow the bread to toast, then cover it for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
**424Cals for 2 slices of bread

Lunch – Vegan Black Beans and Corn Wrap (serves 3)
1) Tortillas
2) 1 can Black Bean (240g drained)
3) 1/3 cup corn kernel, washed & drained
4) 1 Bell Pepper, diced
5) ½ Onion, diced
6) 1 - 2 tbsps. Tomato Paste
Steps:
1) Start by dicing the onion and bell pepper.
2) In a bowl, simply mix all the ingredients together; black beans, corn, bell pepper and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
3) To assemble, grab one tortilla and spread about 1 - 2 tbsps. of tomato paste onto it.
4) Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixed ingredients and spread it onto one side of the tortilla.
5) Careful roll it up and press it down firmly. Enjoy!

Dinner – Hearty Soup Noodles (one bowl)
1) 1 Chicken Leg
2) ½ Carrot, sliced
3) 1/4 Onion, sliced
4) 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
5) 2 tbsps. Corn
6) 4oz Soba Noodles
7) 1 Egg
Steps:
1) Slice up all the vegetables; carrot, onion and bell pepper.
2) In a pot, sauté the onions with about 1 tsp. of oil until fragrant and lightly golden, just for 2 to 3 minutes.
3) Then pour in about 1.5 cups of water and simply add in all the ingredients; chicken leg, carrot, bell pepper and corn. Season with some salt and pepper.
4) Let it simmer until the chicken leg is fully cooked through, for about 15 mins.
5) Then stir in the soba noodles and allow it to cook for another 5 minutes.
6) Soup noodles always taste so much better with an egg, so I’m going to crack an egg, stir and let it cook for a couple of minutes. I love an eggy broth.

具材はサーモン、マグロ、きゅうりなど一般的なものを使いますが、巻き方を変えるだけでモザイク柄のような可愛い断面の巻き寿司が出来ますよ♪
パーティーにもぴったり華やかな巻き寿司。

モザイク巻き寿司
1本分
材料:
ごはん 230g
■すし酢
砂糖 大さじ1
塩 小さじ1
米酢 120ml
きゅうり(縦4等分に切る) 1本
刺身用サーモン(棒状に切る) 115g
刺身用マグロ(棒状に切る) 115g
卵 1個
のり 3枚
しょうゆ 適量
わさび 適量
生姜の甘酢漬け 適量
作り方:
1.ボウルに卵を溶きほぐし、塩少々を加えて混ぜる。フライパンにサラダ油を少量引いて中火に熱し、卵液を流し入れ、全体に広げたら表面が固まるまで3分ほど加熱する。取り出して冷まし、手前からくるくると巻いて棒状にする。
2.寿司酢を作る。耐熱の計量カップに砂糖、塩、米酢を入れ、600Wの電子レンジで2分加熱する。取り出して、砂糖が溶けるまでかき混ぜる。
3.寿司桶に炊きたてのごはんを入れ、寿司酢をしゃもじに伝せるようにして全体にまわしかけ、切るように混ぜる。
4.まな板にのりを置く。手を軽く水で濡らして(3)を半量乗せて均等に広げる。
5.もう1枚ののりをかぶせて横4等分に切る。
6.巻きすの上にのりを置き、残りの(3)を乗せて均等に広げる。
7.手前にきゅうりを断面を下にして2本乗せ、その上に(5)を2本乗せ、間にサーモン、卵焼きを乗せる。
8.卵焼きの両側にマグロを乗せ、卵焼きの上にサーモンを乗せる。
9.サーモンの上に残りの(5)を2本乗せ、きゅうりを1本乗せてひと巻きし、残りのきゅうりを乗せて、断面が正方形になるように手前から少しきつく巻く。
10.巻き終わったら巻きすの上から形を整える。
11.食べやすい幅に切り分け、お好みでしょうゆ、わさび、生姜の酢漬けを添えたら、完成!

Easy Mosaic Sushi
Mosaic Sushi
Makes 1 sushi roll
INGREDIENTS
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup rice vinegar
1 cup sushi rice, cooked
3 sheets nori
1 English cucumber, quartered lengthwise
4 ounces sushi-grade salmon, sliced into long strips
4 ounces sushi-grade tuna, sliced into long strips
Soy sauce, for serving
Wasabi, for serving
Pickled ginger, for serving
PREPARATION
Heat a medium nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add the beaten egg to the pan and tilt the pan so the egg covers the bottom in a thin layer. Cook until the egg is firm, 3 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool, then roll up.
In a liquid measuring cup, mix together the sugar, salt, and rice vinegar and microwave for 2 minutes, or until the solids fully dissolve.
Pour the seasoned sushi vinegar over the cooked rice and gently toss the rice until it comes to room temperature.
Place a sheet of nori on a cutting board. Dip your hands in water and then pick up about half of the seasoned sushi rice and gently arrange it over the nori, spreading evenly all the way to the corners.
Top the rice with another nori sheet, then cut the the sushi crosswise into 4 even strips. Set aside.
Place another sheet of nori on a sushi rolling mat. Place a quartered strip of cucumber on the bottom edge of the nori and another cucumber strip an inch above it. Place 2 of the sushi rice/nori strips on top of the cucumber.
Place a strip of salmon in between the strips of nori. Then, place the rolled omelet on top of the salmon.
Place 2 strips of tuna on either side of the omelet roll. Then, place another piece of salmon on top of the omelette.
Place the last 2 strips of rice and nori over the salmon. Place another strip of cucumber over the top piece of nori and roll the sushi 90 degrees.
Tuck the final piece of cucumber in place and continue to roll the sushi until the nori completely wraps around, making sure to keep the roll as square as possible.
Cut the roll into slices and serve immediately with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger alongside.
