〈WATER BABY〉は、フリーダイビング世界王者で環境活動家のウィリアム・トゥルーブリッジ William Trubridge と、女優でフリーダイバーの 福本幸子｜Sachiko Fukumoto の間に宿った、新しい命の誕生の物語です。

二人とも身ひとつで海に潜り、人生をかけて海を愛してきました。海の国、沖縄に生まれ育った幸子はある理由から、ウィリアムの故郷でもある出産先進国ニュージーランドでの水中出産を決意します。

出産という命がけの体験を通して、日本とニュージーランドの助産システムに大きな差があることを知った幸子は、ある決意を胸に抱くことに......

これは、地球上の全ての妊婦が持つべき「産み方の選択の権利（Power of Choice）」と、「母なる海の未来への希望（Power of Ocean）」を、世に伝えるための記録映画です。

撮影スタッフ全員女性、そしてその半分が子を持つ母親というチームがとらえた出産シーンは、その神秘さを余すことなく表現しています。

< water baby> is the story of the birth of a new life, which lived between the free diving world champion and environmental activist William true bridge @[38243007691:274:William Trubridge] and the actress and the free diver @[284378238305361:274:福本幸子|Sachiko Fukumoto]

Both of them dive into the sea and love the sea with life. Sachiko, born and raised in Okinawa, is determined to give birth underwater in New Zealand, which is also the hometown of William.

Sachiko, who found out that there is a big difference in Japan and New Zealand's midwife system through the experience of childbirth, is to hold a certain determination in the chest......

This is a record movie to convey the world of ′′ the right of the choice of birth (power of choice) ′′ and ′′ hope for the future of the mother sea (power of ocean) ′′ that every pregnant woman on earth should have. Here it is.

The birth scene caught by a team called a mother who has a child, all the shooting staff, and the birth scene is expressing the mystery without a lot.

This is the best skydive photo in my 2017.
I was perfectly fitted just right in front of the most beautiful sunset in New Zealand and the sky was SUPER clear @skydiveabeltasman ☀️. The last day in 2016 I told myself 2017 will be the year I dedicate everything to Skydiving✈️🌎. From the first day I jumped out of an airplane in Hawaii (27/12/15)... the feeling of freefall is always the happiest moment Ive experienced in my whole life. I dont know how to explain it clearly how excited I am each time I skydive. I’m so stoked, overwhelmed and amazed with EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m in the sky.❤️ The wish I ask for 2018 is I want to successfully HOST A SKYDIVE TRIP ABROAD FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO KNOW HOW IT FEELS WHEN YOU ARE FALLING IN THE AIR WITH 200 km/hr speed😆

【Happy Father's Day 父親節快樂】

通常在長途旅行中會很容易遺忘今天是什麼日子，看到今天是父親節真的會讓我想起爸爸種種的好😳 大學畢業離開家也已經四年多了… 常常會後悔自己不珍惜以前在家的時光😢 來說說我爸對我的影響吧…

1）爸爸年輕時很愛拍照，我們家一堆徠卡鏡頭。雖然不是職業攝影師，但是他真的很會拍。我八歲那年我爸送我一台底片式的傻瓜相機，我對攝影的熱愛就是那個時候開始的📷 我朋友常常說如果我 FB 關掉，大家被標籤的照片量就會幾乎全沒😜 每次外出我就是那個最愛拍照的人☺ 到高中時我每年紅包的錢一定會買台新相機，相機是我的心肝寶貝😍

不過我從來沒有買過單眼，頂多微單眼。因為我永遠不會忘記我媽常常唸我爸器材那麼多，出國重的要死… 有一晚旅館房間遭小偷，小偷居然拿了我爸的相機包而不是我媽裝錢的包包。當時小偷應該觀察我們很久，覺得爸爸那個包包抱得那麼緊，錢一定都在裡面，誰知道沒有😜 後來小偷居然把整個相機包留在旅館後院，真是傻瓜，那些鏡頭可是比我媽的現金值錢呢😂

高中時還選修攝影，從底片機到暗房洗照片我都樂在其中☺ 要不是考上驗光，被逼著讀專業醫療科系，我還真想走藝術路線😂

2）要好好的寫網誌也是被我爸影響的📖 以前我爸出國時，拍的照片都會賣給報社然後也會寫文章。印象最深刻的就是去西藏的遊記，真的是我一輩子都寫不出來的文筆😳 當時我花錢架設自己的網站，想要寫網誌當興趣。他跟我說一句話： “人生時間有限，要花時間的話，至少要做出點成果來讓人認可。這樣才有成就感。” 也許很多人興趣大部分是為了自己，但是當有人認同你的興趣那種喜悅真的更大，尤其當我台灣只讀到小學一年級😜 很感謝當時我爸給我那句話，讓我覺得我以後嘗試別的項目也能擁有成果☺ 雖然只是旅遊紀錄，但是很開心我文章有幫助到大家👍

其實還有好多人生道理跟態度都是跟我爸學來的，要打的話可以打超多。但是離開家太久後，常常想太深就會默默落淚😢 如果人生可以從來，我真的會告訴自己好好珍惜父母，尤其是還在家的時光😢 怎麼越打越感傷呢😵 最近情緒起伏比較大😳 祝大家父親節快樂😚

8th August is Father's Day in Taiwan, usually I get lost in dates during this long term travel, knowing it's Father's Day today made me think a lot about my dad😳 It's been more than 4 years since I left home in NZ, looking back dad really influenced me a lot...

1) I got my first camera at age of 8. It was a film camera with one botton. Dad has always been a keen photographer, he spent a large amount of his salary in purchasing Leica lenses etc which was probably enough for a house deposit😜

It was that camera I started developed love for photography📷 Each year when I get my red pocket money I would spend it on a new camera😜 I never bought any DSLR or any bulky lenses since I remember mom always complained about carrying too much weight when travelling😜

At last year of high school I even took photography class and enjoyed every second of my time while in the dark room developing photos. I think I would've became a professional photographer if my parents never forced me into optometry😂

2) I got into travel writing partially because of my dad. My dad used to sell his photographies and travel dairies to newspaper agencies and make some money from that📰 Mind you he was an engineer working for Honda, he was doing it for his own hobby.

When I decided to invest money building a website for my blog, he told me "You only have this much time in your life, if you going to spend time on something, make it worthwhile". While i know many people just enjoy doing things for themselves, the joy of your hobby being recognized is indescribable☺ I really thank my dad for that advise because it made me feel like I can achieve further in my life while inspire people to see the world☺

I guess there's so much I can thank my dad about, I will be writing an essay if I do keep on going😜 I think my biggest regret is not appreciate home more when I was young... Anyways been quite emotional these days, hormones fluctuating😳 Just want to wish everyone Happy Father's Day!

我花了10個月時間實現新西蘭南北島自駕大縱走，超過32000公里的旅程
Hello everyone, I am Yap Hui Phong from Malaysia.
In 2020, I filmed a video by studying abroad in New Zealand.
In order to complete these works, I recorded the most primitive and pure nature of New Zealand.
It took me 10 months to realize a self-driving trip across the North and South Islands of New Zealand. The total mileage exceeds 32,000 kilometers.

從北島的塔拉那基山，到南阿爾卑斯山的最高峰庫克山
從東海岸廣袤無垠的坎特伯雷平原，到西海岸郁郁蔥蔥的冰川雨林
我背著30公斤的器材上到高山之巔等待日出的到來
也在同一地點蹲守數日，只為等待落霞與孤鶩齊飛的一刻
我迷戀於波瀾壯闊的太平洋，也驚嘆世界上最大的星空保護區下的萬點繁星
我曾在38℃的炎熱高溫下熱淚盈眶，也在-12℃的刺骨寒風中瑟瑟发抖
From Mount Taranaki on the North Island to Mount Cook, the highest peak of the Southern Alps.
From the vast Canterbury Plain on the east coast to the lush and glacier rainforest on the west coast.
I carried 30 kilograms of equipment to the top of the mountains to wait for the sunrise.
Staying at the same place for a few days, just to wait for the moment when the sunset and the lonely bird fly together.
I am obsessed with the magnificent Pacific Ocean. And also marvel at the view of stars under the world's largest International Dark Sky Reserve.
I used to have tears in my eyes under the hot temperature of 38℃, and also shivered in the freezing wind of -12℃.

奔山赴海，只為心中的熱愛
無所畏懼，只因那不屈的執念
忘了有多少個夜晚，我癡癡地守候在三腳架前，等著將滿眼的星河燦爛一點點寫入相機裡
拍攝照片超過20萬張，不斷購買硬碟用以儲存檔案，經過1000多個小時的後期制作，最終精簡成這12TB的素材
也忘了有多少個夜晚，我伏案電腦前，一次次調整修改照片的每一個細節，常常不知不覺中发現窗外天色已微亮
I can go over the mountain and across the sea, just because I love and enjoying in filming.
I am fearless, just because of the unyielding obsession.
Forgot how many nights there were. I was waiting in front of the tripod to write the entire galaxy into the camera bit by bit.
I keep buying hard drives to store the files. I have took more than 200,000 photos and post-production more than 1,000 hours.
Finally reduced to this 12TB material.
I also forgot how many nights there were. I seat in front of my computer adjusting every details of the photo again and again. And often unconsciously find that the sky outside the window is slightly bright.

我再一次申請延長留在新西蘭的簽證，守候蒂卡波湖畔半個月，只為捕捉到魯冰花盛開的那一刻
為了捕捉螢火蟲的美，我深入與世隔絕的深山洞穴，雙腳浸泡在溪流中三天才拍出想要的畫面，在這三天里都與螢火蟲為伴
In order to be able to capture the Lupins which represent the spring of New Zealand, and also to film the complete four seasons of New Zealand.
I applied for an extension of my visa once again to stay in New Zealand. And waiting by the Lake Tekapo for half a month, just to capture the moment when the Lupins bloom.
In order to capture the beauty of Glowworm, I went deep into the cave in the isolated mountain. My feet were soaked in the stream for three days before I took the picture I wanted.

Fortunately, the film also successfully won the first place in the 8KRAW photography contest.
In the competitions held by the best teams in the world, I was lucky to have won the coveted award.
I also want to thank Director Wen-yuan, Lu of HD.CLUB CO., LTD for supporting my plan.
With the support of HD.CLUB CO., LTD, my equipment and technology have been greatly upgraded to produce high-standard works.
This also makes me more determined to pursue what I love and continue to work hard on my dreams and creations.

For January, I decided to go "beginner's level": To climb the 272 stairs of Malaysia's famed Batu Caves.

When I decided to do this series about 2 months ago, I really did want to cry - and I'm sure I will soon. I hate anything to do with exercise and waking up early, but 2019 calls for some kind of change: because I can hardly fit into 80% of my wardrobe right now.

I decided to set myself a (very public) challenge to try out one fitness related activity a month, and I would love it if you came with me, to hold me accountable, or just to remind yourself that we are not alone. The world may be on a health kick at the moment, and there's obviously nothing wrong with that, but don't feel bad just because you are not - cz me either.

Join me on the unwilling journey to some kind of fitness, and if you hate working out, believe me, you are definitely not alone.
(Note: I do not aspire to have abs, I only aspire not to have flabs, kinda.)
