Air ais dari peti sejuk.. Ikut lembut tepung..
Uli sampai sebati mcm kulit karipap.
Inti:
1 labu kobis dlm 1.3kg (potong hancur) lupe ambik gambar
2 batang lobak merah ( sagat)
Sedikit daun sup di potong kecil
4 biji kentang kopek rebus dan lenyek
6biji telur di kacau bersama kentang lenyek tadi.
2 biji bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
2 kiub ayam
4 sudu besar lada hitam ditumbuk.
Mintak utk menumis
Garam dan sedikit gula.
Tumis bawang sampai kuning. Masukkan telur dan kentang tadi kacau. Boh garam kiub ayam dan sedikit gula.. Masukkan sayur kacau masukkan lada hitam tumbuk dan daun sup.. Kacau .. Siap..
Tepung tadi dinipiskan guna pencanai dan intikan... Akak guna mesin mee je.. Kemudian tekan2 guna garpu.. Boleh digoreng.. Cara goreng sama mcm goreng karipap..

MAKANAN TAMBAH SUSU IBU! 😋
Ada ibu yg minum susu kotak longan kurma merah ni susunya mencurah2..
Ada mommy yg makan nasi, lobak putih banyak susu keluar.
Ada juga yg cuba kurma dan roti jagung, meriah susu.
Ada yg amal minum kopi O je.. sekejap je kantung susu dah penuh.
Ada mommy yg asal makan ikan kerisi, sayur sawi, halba & bwg putih susu terus melimpah..
Ibu menyusukan anak tak boleh stress dan kurang rehat.. Ia akan sgt mempengaruhi kuantiti susu.
Paling penting kena banyak minum air masak.. Sekurang-kurangnya 3 liter sehari.
Bg suami yg isterinya tgh menyusu.. urut di bahagian urat belikat, bahu & pinggang isteri.. utk bagi kelegaan akibat tegang lepas maintain position menyusu utk anak... =)
Penat mengandung #9bulan10hari tak hilang lagi.. ditambah pulak dgn 2 tahun perjuangan isteri nak menyusu anak... bantu & hargailah dia =)

Nasi Himpit - rebus
Bahan kisar : Bawang besar/ bawang putih/serai/lengkuas/halia/buah keras/kunyit hidup/udang kering/ikan bilis
Lobak merah/kacang panjang/tauhu(goreng terlebih dahulu)/udang/pucuk(rendam sekejap)/tahun(suun)-basuh sahaja.
Santan sekotak besar/kiub ikan bilis/asam keping/bahan perasa/telur rebus
Sambal tumis ikan bilis/kuah kacang
Caranya :
Tumis bahan kisar hingga pecah minyak. Masuk air utk kuah. Masukkan lobak merah, kacang panjang dan asam keping. Masak hingga mendidih, masukkan kiub ikan bilis, udang dan tauhu goreng yang dipotong dadu.
Tuang santan dan sayur pucuk serta bahan perasa. Bila mendidih, masukkan tahun (suun) dan tutup api. Boleh tabur hirisan cili besar.
••Sediakan mangkuk, masukkan beberapa ketul nasi himpit, tuang kuah kemudian letak sambal tumis dan telur rebus. Dah boleh ngap setelah bismillah ☺️

Grind Ingredients: big onions / Garlic / Lemongrass / Galangal / Ginger / hard fruit / life turmeric / dry shrimp / Anchovies
Carrot / long beans / Tofu (fried first) / shrimp / shoots (soak for a while) / year (Suun)-wash only.
Coconut Milk a large box / Anchovies Cubes / asam pieces / Flavor Ingredients / boiled eggs
Stir-Fried Sambal Anchovies / peanut sauce
How to:
Stir-fry ingredients until the oil breaks. Getting in the water for gravy. Insert Carrot, long beans and sour pieces. Cooking until boiling, insert anchovies cubes, shrimp and fried tofu.
Pour coconut milk and vegetable shoots and flavor ingredients. When boiling, put in the year (Suun) and close the fire. Can sow a slice of big chili.

Roti Canai Sarang Burung & Kari Dal
Bahan-bahan (Kari Dal)
1 cwn kacang dhal (direndam)
10 tangkai kacang panjang (dipotong)
1 batang lobak merah (dipotong dadu)
1 biji kentang (dipotong dadu)
2 ulas bawang kecil (dihiris)
2 ulas bawang putih (dihiris)
2 tangkai daun kari
2 sb serbuk kari daging
1 sb serbuk cili
1 sb serbuk kunyit
1 sk biji sawi
1 batang kayu manis
2 bunga lawang
3 bunga cengkih
2 sb minyak masak
50 ml santan
500 ml air
garam (secukup rasa)
Bahan-bahan (Roti Canai Sarang Burung)
roti canai sejuk beku
1 sk mentega
2 biji telur
secubit lada hitam
Cara memasak (Kari Dal)
1. Tuangkan minyak dan tumis bawang kecil, bawang putih, daun kari, biji sawi, kayu manis, bunga lawang dan bunga cengkih sehingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan serbuk kari daging, serbuk cili dan serbuk kunyit. Kacau sekata.
3. Masukkan air dan kacang dhal yang telah direndam. Masak sehingga kacang dhal empuk.
4. Masukkan sayuran seperti lobak merah, ubi kentang dan kacang panjang.
5. Tuangkan santan dan perisakan dengan garam secukup rasa.
6. Masak kari sehingga mendidih, tutup api dan ketepikan.
Cara memasak (Roti Canai Sarang Burung)
1. Potong roti canai kepada 6 bahagian. Dari tengah, lipatkan doh roti ke bahagian luar. Ulang step tersebut pada semua bahagian sehingga membentuk 'sarang burung'. Ketepikan.
2. Dengan menggunakan api sederhana, cairkan mentega dan masukkan roti canai tersebut.
3. Masak kedua-dua bahagian sehingga keperangan dan terbalikkan.
4. Tuang telur di tengah-tengah bahagian dan masak sehingga separuh masak.
5. Taburkan sedikit lada hitam.
6. Roti canai sarang burung siap untuk dihidangkan bersama kuah kari dhal.

Ingredients (Dal Curry)
1 cup of dhal beans (soaked)
10 long beans (cut)
1 carrot (diced)
1 potato (diced)
2 shallots (sliced)
2 cloves of garlic (sliced)
2 stalk curry leaves
2 tbsp of curry beef powder
1 tbsp of chili powder
1 tbsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of mustard seeds
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anises
3 cloves
2 tbsp of cooking oil
50 ml coconut milk
500 ml air
salt (to taste)
Ingredients (Paratha)
frozen paratha
1 tsp butter
2 nos eggs
pinch of black pepper
Cooking methods (Dal Curry)
1. Pour in cooking oil and saute shallot, garlic, curry leaves, mustard seeds, cinnamon stick, star anise and clove until fragrance.
2. Add in beef curry powder, chili powder and turmeric powder. Mix well.
3. Pour in water and soaked dhal beans. Cook until dhal beans soften.
4. Add in vegetable such as carrot, potato and long beans.
5. Pour in coconut milk and season with salt to taste.
6. Cook the curry until bubbling, remove from heat and set aside.
Cooking methods (Paratha)
1. Cut paratha into 6 fraction. Fold from the inside to outward. Repeat the steps until forming bird nest shape. Set aside.
2. Using medium heat, melt butter and lay the paratha.
3. Cook both side until golden brown.
4. Pour 2 eggs at the center and cook to half cook.
5. Sprinkle a bit of black pepper.
6. Bird nest paratha ready to be served with dhal curry.

TELUR BUNGKUS/BISTIK
(saiz hidangan 2-4 orang)
Bahan-bahan:
1 keping isi ayam dipotong kecil2
1/2 biji bawang holland saiz sederhana (didadu)
1/2 biji tomato dibuang biji dan didadu kecil
¼ lobak merah saiz kecil(dadu)
1/2 biji cili merah (dadu)
2 sudu sos cili
2 sudu sos tomato
1 sudu sos tiram
Sedikit hirisan daun sup atau daun ketumbar(hiasan)
secubit garam jika perlu
Minyak untuk menumis
2 biji telur ayam
*sayuran boleh ditambah dengan sayuran beku campur carrot, jagung, kacang peas) dan saderi.
Cara menyediakan :
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang holland sehingga sedikit layu.Masukkan hirisan dada ayam dan kacau seketika biarkan sehingga isi ayam masak
2. Masukkan lobak merah,tomato sos cili, sos tomato, sos tiram dan secubit garam.
3. Dalam kuali berasingan, panaskan minyak dan seratakan keliling kuali
Pukul telur ayam tadi dan goreng dalam kuali dengan kaedah melenggangkan kuali sehingga telur sekata.
3. Letak kan inti ditengah2 dan bungkuskan telur tersebut Biarkan telur garing seketika dan bolehla di terbalik kan ke dalam pinggan.Hiasakan dengan daun sup atau ketumbar

1 pcs chicken breast (dice)
½ small size Holland Onion (dice)
½ tomato without seed (dice)
¼ small size Carrot (dice)
1/2 chilli (dice)

2 tbsp tomato sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
A little celery/cilantro
A pinch of salt if needed
Cooking oil for stir fry
2 eggs
*Vegetable can be replaced with others such as frozen mixed vege and.
Instructions
1. Heat the pan and stir fry the Holland onion and chicken. Add carrot, tomato, chili sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce and a pinch of salt. Turn off the heat once done.
2. In separate pan, heat and sprinkle the cooking oil on the pan. Beat the eggs and pour into the pan. Cook with slow heat.
3. Once the omelette is almost cook, put the filling on the omelette and wrap it.

Resepi Telur Gulung Ala Korea/Jepun (Gyeran Mari/Tamagoyaki)
Bahan A
1 biji cili merah
1 pokok daun bawang
½ bawang Holland (saiz kecil)
½ Lobak merah (saiz kecil)
Bahan B
3 biji telur
2 sudu susu segar
Sedikit minyak masak
Cara-cara memasak:
1) Potong dadu semua bahan A.
2) Pecahkan dan pukul telur. Kemudian tapis telur bagi mendapatkan struktur yang licin sewaktu dimasak.
3) Tambahkan susu dan bahan-bahan A
4) Panaskan kuali. Renjis sedikit minyak.Tuang telur sehingga membentuk lapisan nipis memenuhi ruang kuali. Masak dengan api perlahan. Setelah telur hamper masak, gulungkan telur perlahan-lahan dan tinggalkan sedikit hujung telur tidak bergulung. Renjis sedikit minyak dan tambah adunan telur di hujung tempat tidak digulung. Ulang hingga langkah 6 & 7 sehingga telur habis.
5) Biarkan telur seketika untuk sejuk dan potong. Siap untuk dihidangkan.

A Ingredients
1 Chilli
1 Scallion
½ Holland onion (small size)
½ Carrot (small size)
B Ingredients
3 eggs
2 tbsp fresh milk
A little cooking oil
Instruction
1. First, mince all ingredient in A.
2. Then, crack the eggs into a mixing bowl Whisk until combined. Then pass through a fine sieve to remove chalaza. Liquid without lumps is helpful in making egg roll successfully.
3. Add in milk and A ingredients.
4. Lightly grease a frying pan with vegetable oil. It’s a small egg roll. And heat the frying pan. Then pour in ½ egg mixture and over low heat cook it over until half done. Roll the omelet half way from the right to the middle. And move the egg roll to the right edge of the pan. If there is not enough oil, lightly grease the pan each time you roll up. And add in ¼ egg mixture to cover the left half of the pan. And cook until half done. And roll again half way up from the right to the left and move the egg roll to the right side of the pan. And add in the remaining egg mixture and cook until half done. And finally roll all the way up.*
5. Transfer to a cutting board. When an egg roll is hot, it’s easily broken, so let cool before cutting. Slice into bite-size pieces. And serve.
