Today, we made vegetable dumplings!!
The wraps are pre-made.
The filling is shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, onion, ginger, garlic, and spring onion! (I forgot to take a picture of the filling)... i would tell you how to make it but I don't know because I only did the wrapping and sauce and didn't cook anything. :)))
The Sauce is soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame seeds, garlic, sriracha, sugar. (I eyeballed everything)
And then we ate it all! I wrapped the triangle ones!!!! They're not pretty.. but they taste the same!🤣
OH AND LOOK AT THE 🐶!
