First time splurging on dinners like this but it was all worth as a treat for my parents, who never tried this kind of cuisine before 😊 No grounds for comparison with other star restaurants since this is our first but we enjoyed every dish of the Omakase (opted for this instead of the regular course menu as it featured some ingredients from Tsukiji)

This is Kuromutsu from Tsukiji cured in Hand-pressed coconut milk infused with coriander and the green bed of liquid is a mixtures of in-house made oils. Akin to ceviche but the acidity level was kept to a minimum and the taste profile leaned towards Thai Green Curry. The fish was superbly fresh and we cleaned our bowls right to the last drip. So good!
