I think I have found my fav sake. 😬

I have to confess that I’m not a big fan of sake as it is notorious to be an acquired taste. 😅Until recently, I was introduced to Junmai-shu at a Sake and Shochu Masterclass hosted by So Izakaya, SOULed OUT. Made of pure rice wine without added alcohol, the sake was light, fruity and easy to drink, I’m amazed!🍶

Another highlight of the evening was cocktails by the famed Mixologist Shawn Chong. We were treated to a selection of vibrant and colourful Japanese-inspired cocktails. 🍹

SOULed OUT’s So Izakaya pop-up bar is open every Thursday to Sunday for 2 months only.🇯🇵
