Happy Earth Day!🌍 Today marks the 18th day for me and hubby went plant-based, vegan for most of the days🥰🌱

The 1st day I tried going vegan I thought I couldn't make it for more than 2 days, but glad that we make it this far and hope to make it our lifestyle💕

As a meat eater for 30 years, it's extremely hard to accustom to being vegetarian and what's more vegan. My surroundings, environment and culture are very used to consumed meat and I was the same too.

Trying to change a 30 years habit is hard. I didn't change overnight. I always love animals since I was young. For me if I love animals, I shouldn't eat them, any of them, I can't be selective, I love cat but I eat chicken for example. I always feel bad every time I eat meat and my family and hubby know this very well.

The first time I saw an article about plant-based was when I was in University. I told myself one day I hope to not consumed meat at all. So about 2 years back, for some days, I tried vegetarian and eating less meat. I also understand better what's happening around me about animal cruelty, food industry, why go vegan and the planet as a whole.

Why I chose to go vegan? Interestingly, last 3 weeks, I watched 4 Netflix Documentaries that for me is a MUST WATCH for everyone. The show 💚Seaspiracy 💚Cowspiracy 💚Milk System 💚Game Changer makes me and hubby felt we need to change, slowly.

The next day, we just said, let's go vegan today, and blessed, we survived better than we thought we would. Yes, it was tough, initially the struggle is real, but when you learn more, experience, be patient, you can do anything, including turn your life around.

I have so many things I want to learn and still learning. It's exciting because I can now say I love animals without feeling guilty as I felt before. We went vegan before Ramadhan, and we still stayed vegan during Ramadhan too.

We eat so much less now, our fitness performance is better even during Ramadhan, blessed, we can even skate and jog during fasting. So many things to share, will share more in IG stories and upcoming posts. You may swipe left if you want to explore more about Vegan/plant-based and Why😊💚

今天要來分享一個這兩天在Disney+看完的電影英文叫做Soul，很喜歡電影裡面對於日常生活的描述，像是一些漫不經心的場景，天上飄來的一片花瓣，地鐵裡街頭藝人的表演等。
如果2020年遇到了太多不確定跟混亂，在年底一個適合的時間觀賞這部電影算是一個很好的安慰，珍惜生命中的美好，感謝那些生命中照亮過我們的人事物。
在電影裡22一直覺得自己不夠好，找不到自己的Spark，甚至主角也一直覺得自己很平庸的活著，但其實每個人從生下來的那一刻，就已經有了意義，那就是珍惜活在當下的每一刻。

Millions on lockdown in Wuhan, China. Will this coronavirus be a pandemic outbreak? We watched V-Wars on Netflix last month, somehow it's scary to relate the show with this real story. Not just V-Wars, Zombie Apocalypse, Resident Evil, I am Legend and many other fiction stories/movies came into mind as this outbreak becomes worsen. We have no vampires, zombie, monsters or aliens, but we have a contagious airbone virus that is mutating, infecting and cause unfortunate deaths. Preliminary research so far mentioned that the suspected cause is due to consuming or in contact with illegally trade wildlife originated from one of the market in Wuhan. The virus is becoming stronger, spreading and many deaths are on the rise. Please take care wherever you are. Be safe.

On a side note, over the years, sadly, the world is not doing well and our Earth is dying, slowly. Highly infected virus spreading, forest on fire, ice is melting down (global warming), deterioration of wild animals and extinction of many species, demand more than supply for food, mostly animals, and the list is getting longer day by day.

As of today, in the year 2020, we, human, still the superior species on Earth, able to do so many things and rule what we want. Unfortunately, we are the most selfish species on Earth to date. We do, eat, take what we want. Greed and power consume some of us.

Let's try and improve what we can and be a better human being not just for ourselves and family, but for the planet. Start by reduce, reuse and recycle what we can. Teach our children and friends about life, love, beauty of other lives and animals. Life is not just about continue our legacy through our children if we can't show and guide them the value of humanity. Start now. Time is ticking.

While our World fights bravely against the unknown, it’s clear to see that no matter the differences we have between our people and cultures, we are all in this together. This epidemic sees no color, respects no class or age, and recognizes only the best values of life. Victory only blesses the united, and now more so than ever, we must focus all our efforts, skills and resources to work with one another. Yet to see some parts of our world with selfish intents and bias agendas, we must #MaskUp and detach from all the bullshit. Together, we can focus on rebuilding towards a brighter united World.

Hi 大家好，歡迎大家收看HenHen TV，我是Tommy。
我等了20年，昨晚在ID4星際重生上映的第一天，
我就迫不及待的看了這萬眾期待的ID4星際重生
如果你還沒看我之前的預告分析，請先看了我的ID4星際重生預告分析！
雖然我不會劇透，但是還是會大概說一下我的觀後感。
這齣戲很明顯是要打中國市場，為什麼？
因為很多中國品牌打廣告打到太空去了
這個電影大概兩個小時，你不會覺得很長
感覺一下就過去了，因為沒有太多的廢話
一來就說明外星人打到地球了，沒有什麼時間給你喘氣
不用說，現代最先進的電腦特技真的加強了這齣戲的看點。
那種看著那些建築物被破壞的真實感。
那龐大的太空船的破壞力,
看到很爽哦！
那最重要的還是故事。
這次的兵力大概比以前加多十倍吧～用外星人的科技打回外星人。
我很喜歡這次的空戰，它完成了第一集無法完成的畫面。
但還是會像第一集一樣，你會有那種：虾？這樣而已就結束啦？
就是有那種以為會有一場惡戰，但結束的有點簡單咯，
雖不至於讓人失望，只會覺得有點美中不足的地方。
以下有幾個疑問：

第一：如果外星人那麼聰明，他並不需要出動他的王，只是派它的兵就可以淹沒你們了。
她們也知道如果王死了，全部的外星人都會死掉，它應該不會那麼的輕率吧？那是聰明還是蠢啊？
第二：如果他要搶回那個宇宙知識，她不是應該先停止破壞地球，不然他會波及他自己吧。
第三：還有少少就破壞到地球，為何就這樣飛走啊？如果皇死了後應該全部外星人都會死掉，誰駕船走啊？

這些就是電影沒有想得透徹的地方，如果比較起第一集，第一集還會比較合情合理
如果要打分，我會給75%，給予他的電腦畫面，和快節奏不會太羅嗦，戰鬥畫面和一些故事情節


不過這個電影有隱藏幾個驚喜，加深這個電影的可看度。什麼驚喜？自己買票看吧！

i watched on the premiere of the film yesterday
if you haven't watched my 1st video, please watch it 1st.
I won't tell you the story here, but will give my opinion

This film targeted china market, why say so?
Because some china brand will be advertise in this film
this movie about 120mins, but you don't really feel it because very fast pace and no bull shit ,really just straight to the point and telling you that Alien has arrived
The latest computer graphic really makes this movie looks real, example the building collapsing, the Huge Alien space ship really exciting and looks real, But the most important is still the story.
it is about 10 times battle jet fighting with alien, which using their
weapon against them, I like the battles very much.
It really better than the first episode But i still feel the same like 1st ID4, You feel it ends up too easily
you expected more but the ending is too simple.
not disappointed, but it actually can be better

i have few questions about this film

1. If they are really smart, the one will not left the but it can just send their army ship They knew all of them will die if the one killed They not supposing so stupid, right?

2. 2nd, if they want to take back the thing They

supposing need to stop destroy the planet first

3. 3rd, still have some more can destroy earth, why left? All the alien die, who is controling?

These are few thing i don't understand If compare the 1st, the 1st more make sense i will give this movie 75 point out of 100 for the
computer graphic, fast pace of the movie Battle screnes and part of the story But there are some surprises in this movies What surprises? Buy tickets and watch it by yourselves
