แม้ว่าปัจจุบันคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีเริ่มถูกยอมรับ จากเหล่านักลงทุนและบริษัทเอกชน
แต่มีหลายคนกังวลว่าสกุลเงินเหล่านี้ยังคงไม่เหมาะสมสำหรับการใช้งานในชีวิตจริงมากนัก

สาเหตุสำคัญก็เพราะราคาของมันผันผวนรุนแรงเกินไป ถือว่าขาดคุณสมบัติการเป็นตัวกลางในการแลกเปลี่ยนที่ดี

ยกตัวอย่างเช่น บิตคอยน์ ต้นปีมีราคาที่ 8.8 แสนบาท แต่เคยขึ้นสูงสุดไปถึง 2.1 ล้านบาท
และลงมาต่ำสุดระหว่างปีที่ 9.5 แสนบาท

เห็นได้ว่า ขนาดคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีที่มีมูลค่าสูงสุดเป็นอันดับ 1 ยังมีราคาผันผวนมากขนาดนี้
คริปโทเคอร์เรนซีอื่น ๆ ก็จะมีความผันผวนที่สูงไม่แพ้กัน

และด้วยสาเหตุหลักนี้เอง จึงทำให้ Stablecoin เกิดขึ้นมา ซึ่งคนที่สร้างเหรียญประเภทนี้ ต้องการให้มันเป็นเหรียญที่มีมูลค่าค่อนข้างคงที่ โดยส่วนใหญ่แล้วจะอิงกับเงินดอลลาร์สหรัฐ เช่น USDT ที่คนสร้างอยากให้มีราคาเทียบเท่ากับ 1 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐอยู่เสมอ

ด้วยราคาที่ไม่ค่อยผันผวน จึงเป็นที่นิยมสำหรับนักลงทุนสาย Conservative ใช้ในแพลตฟอร์ม DeFi หรือเรียกกันว่าการฟาร์ม นอกจากนั้น Stablecoin ยังถือเป็นคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีที่นิยมถือไว้เพื่อพักเงิน ในช่วงที่ตลาดคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีกำลังปรับฐานหรืออยู่ในช่วงขาลง

แต่การถือ Stablecoin นั้นปลอดภัยมากขนาดไหน ?
แล้ว Stablecoin มีรายละเอียดที่น่าสนใจอย่างไร ?

เมื่อพูดถึง Stablecoin มือใหม่ส่วนใหญ่คงจะนึกถึงเพียงแค่ USDT และ USDC เท่านั้น
และอาจคิดว่าสกุลแต่ละเหรียญ ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน เป็นเพียงแค่คริปโทเคอร์เรนซีที่อิงกับเงินดอลลาร์สหรัฐเพียงอย่างเดียว

แต่รู้หรือไม่ว่า จริง ๆ แล้ว มีคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีอีกถึง 200 สกุล ที่เป็น Stablecoin เช่นเดียวกัน
และแต่ละสกุลยังมีประเภทและรายละเอียดที่แตกต่างกันด้วย

เริ่มจากสกุลเงินที่ทุกคนคุ้นเคยก่อนเลยคือ USDT
Stablecoin แบบนี้ ถูกเรียกว่า Fiat Backed Stablecoin
หรือพูดง่าย ๆ ว่าเป็นคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีที่ผูกกับเงินตราประเทศต่าง ๆ แบบ 1:1

ตามหลักการ คริปโทเคอร์เรนซีประเภทนี้จะถูกผลิตขึ้น เมื่อเรานำเงิน Fiat อย่างเงินบาทหรือดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ไปล็อกกับตัวกลางที่ทำหน้าที่ผลิตคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีนั้น ๆ ออกมา

เช่น เรานำเงินดอลลาร์สหรัฐไปล็อกไว้กับบริษัท Tether เพื่อสร้าง USDT
หรือหากไปล็อกกับบริษัท Centre ก็จะได้เป็น USDC ออกมานั่นเอง

แม้ว่า Stablecoin นี้จะได้รับความนิยมมากสุด เมื่อเทียบกับประเภทอื่น ๆ
แต่มีข้อน่ากังวลอย่างหนึ่งคือ บริษัทที่สร้างเหรียญพวกนี้ขึ้นมา มีความน่าเชื่อถือมากน้อยแค่ไหน

เพราะต้องไม่ลืมว่า หากบริษัทนำเงินที่ควรจะเก็บกลับไปใช้ทำอย่างอื่น เช่น ปล่อยกู้ต่อ หรือซื้อตราสารหนี้เอกชน นั่นก็ถือว่า Stablecoin ไม่ได้ผูกกับเงินตราประเทศต่าง ๆ แบบ 1:1 แล้ว

อย่าง USDT ที่ออกโดย Tether ก็มีความกังวลด้านความโปร่งใสเกี่ยวกับเงินที่นำมาสำรอง เพราะ
จากข้อมูลที่เปิดเผย ณ วันที่ 9 สิงหาคม 2021 สินทรัพย์ที่หนุน USDT ประกอบไปด้วย

เงินสดและรายการเทียบเท่าเงินสด 84.9%
สินเชื่อแบบมีหลักประกัน 4.0%
หุ้นกู้, กองทุน และโลหะมีค่า 7.3%
การลงทุนอื่น ๆ 3.8%

จะเห็นได้ว่าสัดส่วน 15% นั้น ไม่ใช่เงินสดและรายการเทียบเท่าเงินสด ซึ่งก็อาจแปลได้ว่าบริษัทนำเงินที่หนุนไปลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ที่เสี่ยงขึ้นเพื่อหาผลตอบแทนเพิ่มเติม

อย่างไรก็ตามด้วยความที่ปัจจุบัน Stablecoin กลุ่มนี้ยังไม่เคยเจอปัญหาการขาดความเชื่อมั่นมาก่อน จึงยังสามารถครองใจนักลงทุนส่วนใหญ่ในตลาดได้อยู่

แต่บางคนที่อ่านถึงตรงนี้ คงเอะใจว่า ทำไมคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีพวกนี้ยังอิงกับดอลลาร์สหรัฐอยู่เลย ทั้ง ๆ ที่ตอนแรกตัวเองบอกว่าสร้างคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีทั้งหลายขึ้นมา เพื่อไม่ต้องพึ่งเงิน Fiat ที่ควบคุมโดยรัฐบาล

นั่นจึงเป็นที่มาของ Stablecoin ประเภทที่สองคือ Crypto Backed Stablecoin
หรือ Stablecoin ที่ค้ำด้วยคริปโทเคอร์เรนซี

คือเดิมทีเราต้องนำเงิน Fiat ไปล็อก เพื่อให้ได้ Stablecoin ออกมา
แต่ด้วย Stablecoin ประเภทนี้สามารถทำได้ด้วยการเอาคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีทั่วไป เช่น BTC, ETH ไปวางค้ำประกัน เพื่อแลกเหรียญแทนได้เลย ไม่จำเป็นต้องพึ่งเงิน Fiat อีกต่อไป

เรียกได้ว่าเป็น Stablecoin ของโลกคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีอย่างแท้จริง

อย่างไรก็ตามด้วยความที่ราคาของคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีแต่ละสกุลนั้นมีความผันผวนค่อนข้างสูง
นั่นทำให้เกิดข้อเสียคือ การวางเงินค้ำประกันจำเป็นต้องใช้จำนวนเงินที่มีมูลค่าสูงกว่าเงินที่จะได้รับ

ตัวอย่างเช่น หากเราอยากได้ Dai ที่เป็น Stablecoin มูลค่ารวม 100 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ จากโปรเจกต์ MakerDAO เราจะต้องนำคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีอื่น ๆ มาวางค้ำประกันที่ 150 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ไม่ใช่วางค้ำประกันที่ 100 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐเท่ากัน

ข้อเสียอีกอย่างที่ตามมา จากการใช้คริปโทเคอร์เรนซีวางค้ำประกัน คือ การโดนยึดเงินค้ำประกัน
หากมูลค่าเหรียญที่วางค้ำประกันนั้นต่ำกว่ามูลค่า Stablecoin ที่แลกมา หรือเกณฑ์ที่ระบบกำหนด

ซึ่งถ้าเราไม่อยากโดนยึดเงินค้ำประกัน จะต้องวางเงินค้ำประกันเพิ่มหรืออาจคืนเงินบางส่วนแทนก็ได้

จากข้อมูลนี้จะสังเกตได้ว่า Stablecoin ทุกเหรียญประเภทนี้ถูกค้ำด้วยคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีจริง ส่งผลให้มีความโปร่งใส แต่ก็ยังคงมีปัญหาเรื่องการวางเงินค้ำประกันที่สูงเกินไป

นั่นทำให้เกิด Stablecoin ประเภทสุดท้ายคือ Algorithmic Stablecoin
หรือ Stablecoin ที่ไม่ได้อิงมูลค่ากับสินทรัพย์ใด ๆ แต่จะควบคุมโดยอัลกอริทึม ด้วยการใช้กลไกเพิ่มและลดเหรียญตามความต้องการใช้งาน เพื่อให้ราคาคงที่

ยกตัวอย่างให้เห็นภาพ อย่าง UST เป็น Algorithmic Stablecoin ของ Terra Blockchain จะไม่ได้เกิดจากเงิน Fiat หรือคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีอื่น ๆ ค้ำประกัน แต่เกิดจากการนำ LUNA เหรียญที่ผันผวนเหมือนเหรียญทั่วไป มา Burn หรือทำลายลง เพื่อ Mint หรือผลิต UST ขึ้นมาแทน

ปกติแล้ว LUNA มีราคาเท่าไร UST ที่ผลิตได้ก็จะมีจำนวนเท่านั้น
เช่น หาก LUNA มีราคา 5 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ จะสามารถผลิต UST ได้ที่ 5 เหรียญ
ซึ่งถ้า LUNA มีราคาเพิ่มขึ้นมาที่ 10 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ จะสามารถผลิต UST ได้ที่ 10 เหรียญ

จากกลไกนี้ ทำให้ช่วยสร้างสมดุลราคาของ UST ให้ตรึงไว้ที่ 1 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐไว้ได้
เพราะว่าถ้า UST มีราคาเกินกว่า 1 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ จะมีคนมาทำอาร์บิทราจ ด้วยการ Burn เหรียญ LUNA ทิ้งเพื่อเอา UST มาเทขายในตลาด

ในทางกลับกันหาก UST ราคาต่ำกว่า 1 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ก็จะมีคน Burn เหรียญ UST เพื่อเอา LUNA กลับคืนมา ซึ่งเป็นการลดจำนวนเหรียญ UST ลง ให้ราคาดีดกลับมาที่เดิม

แต่ Stablecoin กลุ่มนี้มักจะมีปัญหาด้านราคาผันผวน หากแพลตฟอร์มที่ปล่อยเหรียญมีระบบไม่แข็งแกร่งพอ และมีผู้ต้องการใช้งานเหรียญจำนวนมากพร้อม ๆ กัน

จึงเกิดเหตุการณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่ Stablecoin ไม่สามารถรักษาความเสถียรของมูลค่าได้ เช่น ราคา UST ก็เคยตกลงไปเหลือ 0.8 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ จากช่วงที่ตลาดคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีตกอย่างรุนแรง ในเดือนพฤษภาคมที่ผ่านมา

หรือ IRON ที่เป็น Stablecoin ของ Iron Finance แพลตฟอร์ม DeFi เคยเจอเหตุการณ์จากราคา 1 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ลดลงเหลือเพียง 0.74 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐเท่านั้น

จากเรื่องราวทั้งหมดนี้เห็นได้ว่า
การบริหารความเสี่ยงที่ดี คงไม่ใช่แค่การถือ Stablecoin เหรียญใดเหรียญหนึ่งเท่านั้น เพราะจะเห็นได้ว่า Stablecoin แต่ละสกุลจะมีจุดอ่อนที่แตกต่างกันไป

การกระจายการถือ Stablecoin ในหลายเหรียญ อาจเป็นทางเลือกที่สามารถลดความเสี่ยงจากการที่เหรียญใดเหรียญหนึ่งประสบปัญหาได้ เพราะเราต้องคิดไว้เสมอว่าเหรียญ Stablecoin ที่คนสร้างคาดหวังให้มันเป็นเหรียญคงที่ แต่ในช่วงเวลาพิเศษ มันก็อาจจะไม่คงที่ได้ เช่นกัน..

The night before my procedure, I felt a cooling sensation around my lower abdominal area that lasted for a while. At that moment, I felt loved and taken care of.

The procedure went smoothly and when the results came out, there was no mention of fibroids! The growths were gone, and I am completely healed.

All the doctor could say was that the previous scans were probably wrong although I had 2 different scans done at 2 different radiology centers that confirmed I had the fibroids. Praise the Lord for His faithfulness. Hallelujah!"

電影《沙丘瀚戰》評價兩極，我沒有閱讀過原著小說，完全是一張白紙的狀態入場觀看，說不上很喜歡，但如果推出續集的話是一定願意入場的，畢竟Part One只是序章，用了不少篇幅去建構架空而龐大的迷人世界觀，不至於複雜到難以消化，只是剛步出新手村因此還未沉迷到通宵解任務的地步，不過絕對願意課金買個新手包上路的那種程度。


我比較想談談的是導演Denis Villeneuve最近批評Marvel電影公式化，只是不斷的複製和貼上：

There are too many Marvel movies that are nothing more than a cut and paste of others. Perhaps these types of movies have turned us into zombies a bit.


我不認為Denis Villeneuve是單純的吃不到的葡萄是酸的，他的Arrival是我非常喜歡的作品，看過電影之後還特意去找姜峯楠的原著來讀，也因此更加佩服Denis Villeneuve的能耐。


Arrival的原著《妳一生的預言》算是較難改編成電影的小說，一來它是篇幅只有不到90頁的短篇故事，要擴展成兩小時的電影就需要相當大程度地改寫，二來小說採非線性敘事方式，第一與第二人稱不斷交插敘述，是本像詩篇一樣的科幻小說，但Arrival不止補完小說省去的部分，變成一個結構更完整的故事，也成功用影像呈現出小說溫柔而哀傷的調子。加上《沙丘》也是被稱為史上最難改編的小說，這兩部作品也並非copy and paste可以了事，因此Denis Villeneuve確實一而再地證明了他的才華，也許他的確有批評的資格。


不過有資格去批評，也不代表一定要直斥。


Denis Villeneuve不齒的Marvel曾經瀕臨破產，而其中一個挽狂瀾於既倒的人是在Iron Man飾演Happy的Jon Favreau。


Jon Favreau作為Iron Man的導演，力薦當時因吸毒而事業低迷的Robert Downey Jr.擔綱男主角，結果為Marvel殺出一條血路，也為The Infinity Saga揭開序幕。


Jon Favreau如今沒有再執導Marvel電影，他在Netflix上有一個烹飪節目叫The Chef Show，每集到不同地方邀請名人或廚師一邊煮食一邊聊天，美食固然是賣點，但Jon和每集嘉賓流露的創作甚至人生態度才是這個節目最值得一看的地方。例如其中一集緬懷首位憑食評獲得普立茲獎的傳奇美食評論家Jonathan Gold，Jon回想自己在籌備電影Chef之前曾經拜訪過他，當時Jonathan Gold說了一番頗有意思的話。


Jonathan Gold說他常常到沒有名聲的小餐廳，如果他不喜歡那裡的菜式，他從來不會公開批評一句，因為他不想傷害那些還在努力當中的小店，他之所以比較喜歡幫助一些有潛力的好餐廳吸引更多人注意，全因為「He knew what his spotlight would do」。


當然了，Marvel不是小店，不會因為一句批評就倒下，不過當一個人愈是有能力，說話愈是有份量，那就更加應該謹言慎行，讓自己的影響力發揮正面作用，或者比張口批評來得更有意思。


Marvel的確有些爆谷電影，但優秀的作品也有不少，不說鋪排了十一年的Endgame，就算是我早幾天翻看的Doctor Strange，說的是一個自負好勝的smart ass，在最後甘願放下自我用「不斷輸」的方式來救世，也是相當可敬的不是嗎？


最後，Doctor Strange的導演也retweet了自己以前一則Tweet作為對Denis Villeneuve的回應：

As a director I don’t slag on the work of other directors even when I don’t like something they’ve made. This job is hard enough for all of us, and nobody ever sets out to make a bad movie.

You must ditch your instant noodles for this super easy Soy Sauce Chicken Noodles. This recipe is suitable for those of you who are working from home. It's so easy that I believe everyone can make this at home. Some of you ask how did we calculate 15 mins of cooking time as mentioned in our video title. First of all, we need to get our cooking time definition right. Cooking time to is means the time when heat is turned on and applied to the ingredients. All other time is not counted. In this video, Roland cooked the chicken for 8 mins then he turned off the heat. Then he brought the sauce to boil to thicken the sauce. At most this will only take 2 mins. Then he brought a pot of water to boil to blanch vegetables and noodles. Vegetables literally take seconds to cook and noodles take about 2 mins max to cook because we used fresh noodles. Assuming we assign about 1.5 mins to let the water boil then that brings us nicely to about 15 mins of cooking time altogether.
