壽司飯:
日本壽司米 60 克
水 70毫升
白芝麻(已炒香) 2 湯匙
麻油 1茶匙
壽司醋:
醋 1/2 湯匙
糖 1/2 茶匙
鹽 1/6 茶匙
Inari sushi
》6 pcs
Inari Tofu Pockets 3 pcs
Water 250 ml
Japanese Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp (Optional)
Sushi Rice:
Sushi Rice 60 克
Water 70 ml
Sesame(Toasted) 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Sushi Vinegar:
Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp

材料:
飯盒 第1層:飯 1,醋,蘿蔔,蔥花,腐皮,車打芝士片,水牛芝士,車里茄
飯盒 第2層:鵪鶉蛋,車里茄,紫菜,水牛芝士,沙律蔬菜,意大利黑醋
飯盒 第3層:生果
做法:
1. 將飯,醋,炒過的蘿蔔,蔥花拌勻,放入腐皮壓好
2. 將車打芝士片,水牛芝士,車里茄準備成寵物小精靈模樣,放在腐皮壽司上
3. 將熟鵪鶉蛋,車里茄切半,將每樣一半合起來,加上紫菜,水牛芝士,造成精靈球模樣
4. 在沙律蔬菜上加上意大利黑醋,精靈球
5. 飯盒第3層加入生果

※ INGREDIENTS:
-Lock & Lock Bento Set
-1st Floor (Character Tofu Pocket Sushi(Inari Sushi)) : 1 Bowl Rice, 4 Tofu Pockets, Vinegar Mixture, Stir Fried Carrot, Minced Green Onion
*Character Face: Sliced Cheddar Cheese(Face), Sliced Mozzarella Cheese(Eyes), Seaweed Paper(Eyes, Nose, Mouth, Ears), Cherry Tomato(Cheeks)
-2nd Floor (Ball Salad): Salad Greens, Boiled Quail Egg, Cherry Tomato, Seaweed Paper, Mozzarella Cheese, Balsamic Dressing
-3rd Floor (Fruits)- Orange, Kiwi, Blueberry, Strawberry
※ PREPARATION
1. Combine rice with vinegar mixture, stir-fried carrot and minced green onion. Stuff drained tofu pocket with seasoned rice.
2. Put tofu sushi in the first floor of lock & lock bento.
3. Cut off sliced cheese into Character shape and use seaweed paper, sliced mozzarella cheese, cherry tomato peels to make facial features.
4. Place characters on top of tofu sushi.
5. Slice boiled quail egg, cherry tomato in half and put them together to make a ball. Wrap seaweed paper around the ball and put mozzarella cheese in front of the ball.
6. Place sliced salad greens in the bento and add salad dressing. Place the ball on top.
7. Put fruits in the last floor of bento.
8. Place 3-layer bento set into the bento bag.
