ลดไขมันในเลือด บำรุงเลือด บำรุงหัวใจ ลดน้ำหนัก
วัตถุดิบ
1.ขิงแก่ 50 กรัม (1แง่งเล็กๆ หั่นแว่น)
2.ตะใคร้ 50 กรัม (3-5 หัว หั่นแว่น / บุบ ทุบ )
3.ดอกอัญชัน 10 กรัม (10-20 ดอก)
4.น้ำเปล่า 500 มล. (1/2 ลิตร)
วิธีทำ
1.ก่อนทำทุกครั้ง ควรล้างวัตถุดิบให้สะอาด
2.ใสวัตถุดิบที่หั่นเตรียมลงหม้อ
3.เติมน้ำเปล่า
4.ตั้งไฟอ่อนๆ เคี่ยวเวลาประมาณ5-10 นาที
5.กรองแยกกาก ใช้เฉพาะส่วนน้ำ
วิธีทาน
ทานในช่วงอุ่นๆๆ
หลังมื้ออาหาร เช้า - เย็น 5-10 นาที ปริมาณ 1 แก้วกาแฟ
อาจทานร่วมกับมะนาว และน้ำผึ้ง ได้
ทานไม่หมดสามารถเก็บแช่ตู้ได้นาน 1-3 วัน ไม่แนะนำให้แช่นานเกินไป สรรพคุณดีๆทางยาจะลดลง หรือด้อยคุณภาพ

Ingredients
1. 50 grams of old ginger (1 small root, sliced)
2. 50 grams (3-5 sliced / crushed heads)
3. 10 grams of butterfly pea flowers (10-20 flowers)
4. Water 500 Ml (1/2 liter)
Method
1. Before doing every time. Raw materials should be washed thoroughly.
2. Put the prepared ingredients into the pot.
3. Add water
4. Set a low light. Simmer about 5-10 minutes
How to eat in a warm place after a meal Morning - 5-10 minutes evening, 1 cup of coffee may be eaten together with lemon and honey.
It is not recommended to soak in the freezer for 1-3 days. Good medicinal properties are reduced or underperforming.

Benefits of Chia Seeds
1) Chia seeds are naturally low in carbs and high in fibre! 2 tbsps. provide you with the 11g of fibre, which is almost half of the daily recommendation.
2) Because of all the fibre, chia seeds can absorb up to 10 times their weight in water, becoming pudding-like and expand in the stomach when eaten, which keeps you feeling fuller for longer.
3) Hence, it’s often recommended to those who want to lose weight, curb hunger and reduce food portion.
4) The high fibre content will also provide you with sustained energy throughout the day.
5) Consuming chia seeds prior to workout can also boost workout performance for up to 90 minutes. Instead of consuming those sugar-laden energy drinks, eat chia seeds instead.
6) Chia seeds are also ranked amongst the top plant based source of protein, omega-3 fatty acid and calcium.

Simple mix in about 1 tbsp. of chia seeds to 2 cups of liquid of your choice. Let it sit for about 15 minutes or overnight for the chia seeds to expand. If you want to, you can either sweeten with a little bit of honey or maple syrup, add lemon slices or ice cubes and enjoy them chilled!

1. 2 cups Chilled Green Tea
2. 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
Chia Fruit Juice
1. 2 cup 100% Fruit Juice
