S'more ! Chocolate Marshmallows sweets

Cacao ! ∴∵ゞ(´ω`*) ♪
This time it's s'mores made with homemade marshmallows topped with dark chocolate ganache cream.
They are roasted on a burner to make them fragrant.
This is a tribute to Dandelion's ( @dandelion_chocolate_japan ) famous sweet, "S'more".
We first glanced at the pictures and made them in our imagination, and then we answered the questions at the end.
It was very tasty despite the simple ingredients.

カカオ ! ∴∵ゞ(´ω`*) ♪
今回は手作りマシュマロにダークチョコレートのガナッシュクリームを乗せたスモア。
バーナーで炙って香ばしくいただきます。
ダンデライオンさん ( @dandelion_chocolate_japan ) の有名スイーツ「スモア」のオマージュです。
見様見真似なので実際のレシピは分かりません。
最初に写真をチラ見して想像で作り、最後に答え合わせをしました。
シンプルな材料ながらとても美味しかったです。
s'more スモアは英語の語句「some more（もう少し欲しい）」の縮約形。

➢Chocolate ice cream
40g chocolate 70% cacao
50g whipping cream
1 egg white（30g）
30g sugar

➢Marshmallows
1 egg white
50g sugar
3g gelatin
15g water
Vanilla

➢ Crackers
20g unsalted butter
30g sugar
A pinch of salt
35g whole-wheat flour
30g flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
15g water


▼Recipe Instruction
Add whipping cream to chocolate and melt it.
Make meringue with egg whites and sugar
Mix chocolate and meringue, then put in 4 molds(8cm) and freeze.

Add water to powdered gelatin.
Warm egg whites and sugar to 50℃.
Make meringue.
Microwave the gelatin and add it to the meringue and mix.
Put them in 2 molds(8cm) and freeze.

Mix butter, sugar and salt, then add flour.

Add water and mix.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Make 4 crackers (8 cm).
Bake at 170 ℃ for 20 minutes.

Brown the marshmallows.
Put chocolate ice cream on crackers.
Sandwich marshmallows with chocolate ice cream
Cool well in the freezer.

【ingredients】
3g Marshmallows
1/2tsp　water
30g-40g icing sugar
food color (yellow)

【材料】
マシュマロ　　　　3g
水　　　　　　　小さじ1/2
粉砂糖　　　　　　30g-40g
フードカラー(黄色)　少々

【作り方】
①マシュマロに水を加えて全体を湿らせて電子レンジ600wで10-20秒加熱します。
過熱の途中でマシュマロが膨れたらOKです。

②水とマシュマロをよく混ぜて溶かします。
粉砂糖を入れて混ぜてぽろぽろとした感じから全体が手でまとめられるようになったら手でよく練ります。
※粉砂糖が丸まっても崩れるようでしたら少し水を足します。

③全体の約1/6を取り分けて黄色のフードカラーで色付けします。

④デイジーやフラワーなどの型で抜いて、黄色を小さく丸めて乗せます。
