去年在搬來「藝術之都」墨爾本兩個星期後，整個城市持續封城多月，美術館自然也關閉😬

終於在上個禮拜跟 York 來到市立美術館看 NGV Triennial 現代藝術展😎🖼️

我：「記得要幫我拍美美的照片啊～」📸

York 心中 OS：「完了... 這代表我們今天又要吵架了嗎？」😖

沒想到這天意外的和諧。有可能因為他攝影功夫進步，或者我為了希望小孩子脾氣不要像我一樣差，所以努力保持平靜的心情😂😂😂

Finally dragged York to NGV Triennial where we can feel sophisticated and learn to appreciate art😎🖼️

Me: "Remember to take nice photos of me!" 📸

York: "Oh no, does that mean we gona fight again???"😖

We were surprisingly ok that day, either York's photograph skills improved or I successfully remained calm😏

Doing all this hoping I can have a calm baby and not be like her mom😹😹😹

2019 年最後一天我們即將離開伊朗進入土庫曼。在這之後將會四天沒有網路💔 不過能夠停止圍頭巾還蠻期待的😆

其實一直以來我都希望能夠從窗戶看跨年煙火與金字塔😍 房間也都訂好了，只是澳幣一直跌📉 到埃及勢必要潛水的行程一定都是用美金或歐元來算，最後只好含痛把房間取消，並來到中亞😢

原本以為土庫曼什麼都很誇張，應該也會有誇張的煙火🎆 沒想到卻什麼也沒有...😨 這將會是一個很安靜的跨年😌

今年真的很感謝大家一路上的支持❤️ 從第二本書誕生到上博客來年度選書，真的很謝謝各位🙏 雖然今年無法跟大家說新年快樂，但還是要給大家一個大大的擁抱😘

Ps. 昨天在車站跟一位老爺爺談好三小時的車資到邊界城市 USD$20. 結果早上說好 8.30 他沒出現，等了五分鐘又請旅館打電話後找不到人，我們就趕緊到車站另尋司機。

結果 8.48 他打電話來說他在旅館，但我們已經在其他司機的車上了。旅館跟他都不會講英文，是最後他用英文傳了簡訊才知道是司機...

其實感覺蠻糟糕的.. 因為他是一位老實的好人... 但是我們今天很趕，等了沒車又沒人接電話就只好走了... 只能安慰自己不是我們的錯😿 就這樣，大家明天見啦！

Leaving Iran on the last day of 2019, crossing border into Turkmenistan where we will have no internet for next 4 days😢

Our original plan for NYE was to book a hotel facing the pyramid of Giza & watch NYE fireworks from our window🎆

However that planned backfired when AUD started to drop like crazy📉 Had to cancel our hotel booking & hope this dream will come true sometime near future 😝

So ya, here we are spending our NYE in Turkmenistan where apparently there's no fireworks😭

What a year has been, second book published, sold and bought a new house, big changes ahead😆 Looking forward to 2020😘

Ps. I will be missing out on everyone's happy new year posts💔 Catch up when we arrive in Uzbekistan 💋

Pss. Yesterday we agreed a 3 hour taxi journey to border town next to Turkmenistan for USD$20.

The man didn't arrive at the agreed time of 8.30, we waited till 8.35 and even asked the hotel to call him but no one picked up.

We quickly grabbed our stuff and rushed to train station to find another taxi🚕

At 8.48 the taxi and hotel called, they all speaking Persian which we don't understand. Took ten mins to figure out who they were.

Felt terrible cz he's a nice old guy but by then we were already on another cab 😖 Can only tell ourselves that he was late and it's not our fault..
