While I was preparing for my new role in drama, our production team asked if I had any photos of myself in bikini (as a prop for the drama😳). They thought I love fashion and styling and must have posted some kind of swimming attire… Haha. Funny enough to tell - but no, I have never been confident in my body especially my big hips and thighs, that even when I had my last swimsuit photoshoot, I had to put on a blazer and had my shot after sunset by a trustworthy photographer who knows my best angle😂
Anyway, what I wanted to share is that fashion has been a passion and hobby, but has also been an excuse to not workout as hard, as I can always choose what to wear! Women should not only learn to cultivate taste but also be responsible for our appearance. I should definitely have more execution power towards desires and not settle for being enough. While yes, working out can’t really change my body ratio that frustrates, I can at least have the right to say that “this body ratio is my style and I’m perfect in it”! I challenge myself to work harder in gym to not plant regrets in my youth. Three months to go till 30th! 🌹
