happy monday！
不知不覺Riley也開學一個月了,漸漸習慣這樣的作息也漸漸熟悉學校的女兒，感覺得出來每天早上焦慮的成份都降低了不少。媽媽我不捨得感覺跟著消失了 🤣 送上校車後就會不由自主的看一下校車還剩幾分鐘會開走，我還要站在路邊跟他演18相送多久（？）她對著窗外揮揮的小手也是看得出來越來越敷衍這樣哈哈哈哈。我就看我們誰先開口說謝謝不送🧐

週末幫女兒換了新的床單，太夢幻媽媽自己好想睡這裡喔。（床單是potterybarn kids的，很多人問，這邊統一回答）我沒有要代購因為太大一組我不要為五斗米真的折腰 🤣🤣

不知道媽媽們有沒有everyone poops這本書。（如果沒有的好我蠻推薦這一本書的耶我覺得寫得很好，除了有一頁爸爸大便的地方爸爸在抽煙斗我覺得是在哈嘍！#嚴格母親是我）我兒子瘋狂愛各種尿尿大便露屁股的書欸。雖然嘴巴上一直說他怎麼那麼沒水準，但還是默默的找到了這本繪本的T shirt,然後買回來母子裝討他歡心了。這就是為人母的矛盾和身不由己啊！

這禮拜開學後第一個long weekend，姐弟倆吵架來到了個高峰，無理到姐姐被我揍(when i say 揍 i really mean 揍，但當然也不是多用力到你們需要擔心姐弟倆的安危那樣) 但同時相親相愛的程度也來到了高峰。弟弟因為想出門而不能崩潰哭。姐姐一個箭步上前摟住他，溫柔安撫弟弟的那一幕，一定都是學我的吧 (ok 但飆罵弟弟的樣子應該也是學我的哈哈哈) 相信雙寶媽馬們看到這一幕是不是都覺得很欣慰，然後心裡就很多小劇場，看見姐弟倆未來如何在人生的路上互相陪伴這樣🤣🤣

anyway 今天晚點陪弟弟上完體操課我終於要去體驗水飛梭了，忙碌的schedule難得有一個屬於自己的行程我覺得感動。

Family night out at Gardens by the Bay.

As the kids grow up, I hope they will still want to hang out as a family and remember the fun and joy we have whenever we are together. Even though the elder ones might have a fair bit of homework to complete on weekends, we always make time for family outings, which is why it is so important for us to leave our weekends free too.

We might not always agree on where to go or what to do and at times, a couple of them might even protest or say, out of frustration, that they wanna stay home on their own. Yup, so I actually have to deal with tantrums and bickers often but I always remind them of our bottom line - that we are family and a family sticks together. The funny thing is when we are out, they are always happy and will admit that they didn't mean it when they said they didn't wanna come out. Argh.

Anyway, last night, we had dinner at Satay by the Bay followed by a long night walk where we took our flashlights to hunt for living creatures. Along the way, we saw lizards, spiders, ants, moths, flies, caterpillars, lots and lots of snails and even frogs too! Everyone was hot and sweaty yet we enjoyed the leisure walk immensely. The best part was when we chanced upon a stage and the kids immediately went up to dance, do antics and basically anything they wanted. The hubby even shone his phone as a spotlight for them and started making percussion sounds too while the baby and I watched and cheered them on. Growing up years should be like that, right? To be happy and free.

Hope we will keep up our family outings every weekend, even if they are as simple as can be.

Anyway, what happened to my siblings' hair is happening to me now too - they all stand up on their own! Does that make me look cool? I also have long sideburns and Mama says I gotta trim them soon.

If I look a little yellowish, that is because I still have jaundice and the doctor says I have to do another blood test which will hopefully get me discharged then. Yup, it's almost 3 months now and that is a long time but rest assured I am doing better.

I am also latching well nowadays - yippee! - and Mama doesn't need to pump anymore unless she wants my Korkor or Jiejies to feed me. Yeap, check out my cheeks and it's pretty obvious I am growing up fast. Soon, I won't be a newborn anymore, you know.
