Here’s my recipe for a quick pick me up.
1. 20-30 Jumping Jacks
2. 1 or 2 doses of cute doggie or cat videos
3. Pakai cantik-cantik. Make an extra effort.
4. Turn on some happy music.
5. Get your #hairdid
6. Call your Mama/Papa/adik/kakak/abang/bff. Tell them you love them.
7. Count your blessings
8. Take a deep breath
9. Resume awesome day/week.
*repeat above whenever necessary.
