The whole trail is 6km to the PANALABAN Resthouse and 2.5km to the summit. Back and forward make it 17km.

We began the walk at 9am after settled all the registration fees and paid for a mountain guide and a porter to carry our 16 kg bags up to the rest house. During the walk, I really enjoyed the scenery and plants, especially the aggressive and cute squirrel! There are a total of 6 pondok (shelter) one in every each km, so no worry about the toilet, it’s clean. The trek It is almost all uphill, mostly on rocky terrain. During the walk I saw many incredible porters, they all walk faster and more stable than us, some porters are carrying 60kg stuff to the rest house, I really respect and salute them, because this is the only way to send the food up.
