I feel you and so, here are some things you can do to keep the balance of work and parenting while being quarantined home :)

☀️ Dedicated some time to yourself in the morning, before you head out to face the day (and the kids + work + chores). I start my mornings with gratitude thoughts and a skincare ritual. You could workout, meditate, journal or have a cup of coffee alone.
.
🤝 Connect with your spouse and if you’re a single parent, connect with yourself, a friend or family member.
.
💼 GET TO WORK! You need to make work a priority because your business and customers need you to keep the focus plus you need to pay those bills.
.
📲 Small amounts of Screen time for kids is OK but balance it with intermittent reading and or arts and crafts and make sure the screen is educational.
.
🥘 Have meals together and put down the phone. CONNECT CONNECT CONNECT!

👨👩👦👦 Spend time rolling in bed, hugging, reading, laughing, watching/doing Tik Tok and be silly with the kids for at least 30 minutes a day.

💃 Crank up the MUSIC. Dance and sing to your heart content if you want! For serious dance move, scroll left! 😆
