槟城因手足口病病毒和EV71病毒导致很多幼儿园，还有更严重的是首次关闭小学!
手足口病总是感染年幼的儿童
至今仍然没有儿童疫苗来预防它
EV71是引起手足口病的多种可能病毒之一
并非所有EV71感染的儿童都会得手足口病
手足口病的症状包括：
💊发烧
💊皮疹
💊疲劳
💊食欲不振
💊口腔、手和脚上有溃疡或水泡。在溃疡或水泡出现之前，通常会有几天的口腔疼痛，而受影响的儿童可能会拒绝进食或饮用。
EV71感染通常只在成人和儿童中引起轻微的疾病。然而，5岁以下的儿童，特别是2岁以下的儿童，感染严重的EV71病毒的风险较高。
严重感染可能累及大脑和脑膜（脑和脊髓的内层，引起脑膜炎）。迹象包括：
💊发烧
💊僵硬的脖子
💊呕吐
💊皮疹
💊咳嗽
💊易怒
💊惊厥
💊不稳定
💊弱点
💊瘫痪
家长可以采取一些预防措施来预防:
1. 请避开公共游乐场，户外活动，水上乐园（减少户外操场或水上活动, 手足口病病毒在水中十分活跃）
2.如果孩子发烧、溃疡或不适合上学，请不要送他们去上学。
This is a very important notice. Kindly spend few minutes reading this message regarding hand, foot , mouth disease (HFMD)
For your information, HFMD always inffected by young children and there are no vaccine for kids to prevent it until today.
The symptoms of hand, foot and mouth disease are:
▪fever
▪rash
▪tiredness
▪loss of appetite
▪ulcers or blisters in the mouth, and on the hands and feet. Often there is a sore mouth for a few days before the ulcers or blisters appear and affected young children may refuse to eat or drink.
EV71 infection usually causes only regarding a mild illness in adults and children. However children under 5 years old, especially those under 2 years, are at higher risk of developing a severe EV71 infection.
Serious infection may involve the brain and the meninges (the lining of the brain and spinal cord, causing meningitis). Signs may include:
▪fever
▪stiff neck
▪vomiting
▪rash
▪cough
▪irritability
▪seizures (fits)
▪unsteadiness
▪weakness
▪paralysis.
Pls take some precaution actions to prevent it :
1. Avoid public playground , outdoor activities as well as water park (HFMD viruses are very active in water)
2. Please do not send your kids to school if they’re having FEVER, ULCER or UNFIT to school. Ensure that the infected children remain away from the school for at least TEN DAYS after onset of symptoms and must be certified free from infection by a registered medical practitioner prior returning to school.

如何预防手足口症⁉️
吃熟食
- 注意口腔卫生，进食前后可用生理盐水或温开水漱口，不要让孩子吃生冷食物。此外，婴幼儿食用的餐具应充分清洗、消毒
喝开水
- 不要让孩子喝生水
勤洗手
- 饭前便后、外出回家后要给宝宝勤洗手、勤剪指甲，减少接触病毒的机会，防止“病从口入”。家长也要注意自身的卫生，如果家长感染了病毒，自身可能不发病，但会把病毒传播给孩子
常通风
- 不宜带儿童到人群聚集、空气流通差的公共场所，家里要经常通风
晒太阳
- EV71病毒最怕紫外线，多晒太阳能有效消灭病毒。婴幼儿的尿布、孩子的衣被等也要及时清洗、晾晒。
