Chia tay vài tháng lần skincare workshop ngày trở lại này mình xin phép được ưu tiên các bạn SG trước, mọi khi toàn tổ chức HN trước rồi.

Workshop: "Bạn Thấy Gì Trong Gương?"

Đôi khi bạn tự hỏi “Liệu tôi đã vô tình bỏ quên bản thân giữa những bộn bề của cuộc sống?”

Bạn nhìn vào gương và chợt nhận ra làn da kém tươi tắn, thiếu sức sống và những nếp nhăn đã lờ mờ xuất hiện trên khóe mắt. Đến lúc cần dưỡng da lại rồi!

Từ vẻ bề ngoài đến bên trong tâm hồn là sự trống rỗng và nhiều tâm tư đến nỗi quên việc yêu lấy chính mình, tất cả nỗi niềm ấy sẽ được chúng mình gói gọn thật tỉ mỉ và chỉn chu để đem đến cho các bạn một buổi workshop “để đời” nhất.

Buổi workshop ngoài mình sẽ có những diễn giả khác, tuy nhiên bạn cũng có thể đến để gặp riêng mình nhé =)) Trong khuôn khổ buổi workshop, mình đã "xin" bên tổ chức để phần nói của mình diễn ra lâu nhất là MỘT TIẾNG hoặc hơn :)) vì mình bảo mình chia sẻ dài và thích nói dai nhưng không xui dại nha các bạn. Có nhiều bước chúng ta vẫn skincare mỗi ngày nhưng chính chúng ta không biết bản thân mình đang làm sai và người khác tư vấn cũng đang sai. Mình sẽ "thì thầm" 10 điều tưởng đúng nhưng lại sai không tưởng trong skincare và dành thời gian cho các bạn tha hồ gặp mình hỏi đáp riêng tư nha ❤

Nội dung của buổi Workshop sẽ có các phần chính như sau:

1. Fashion:

When it comes to having a style, I’d say my style is “Athleisure” as I’m in activewear most of the time. Haha! You will almost always find me in my black tights whether I'm at the gym or not. So Soo Hua is going to help me create 6 different looks that go well with black tights but lets me still feel comfortable.


LOOK 1: Office & Work Meetings
This first look is suitable for the office and even meetings. The design of this white top is structured and fitting to my body. It is not too body hugging or too loose. And the black and white combination portrays a professional image. Pair it with simple black heels and a structured handbag to complete this smart & sophisticated look.


LOOK 2: Lunch / Coffee Appointment with Work Associates
This look is great for lunch or coffee appointments with work associates. It’s not something I’d normally wear as I don't usually go for loose fitting attire. Soo Hua however convinced me that wearing loose fitting clothes can create a more relaxed vibe and atmosphere when meeting with people and building work relationships.

I love the red heels, which add more excitement to my overall look. This certainly does fit with my lively outlook without being too serious. And a simple clutch compliments this casual and relaxed look.


LOOK 3: Brunch / Hi-Tea with Friends
The third outfit is something I’d put on over the weekend to meet with friends over brunch or hi-tea. This simple blue striped top with its minimal detail suits my casual style. Soo Hua has me pairing it with slippers for a more laid back vibe. I’m accessorizing it with the same clutch from the previous look.


LOOK 4: Casual Office Attire
Somedays I want to just lay low, especially when I have lots going on, having to run about or when I have to work long hours in the office. This simple pairing of a loose fitting black long top against the black tights and black heels are really comfortable and just right. For a slightly more sophisticated look, we’re going with my brown leather bag.


LOOK 5: Dinner / Night Outings
If I have a dinner appointment, all I have to do is change the heels and handbag and voila, I’m ready for a good night out! I love the choice of the red heels as it lifts my mood and a nice simple clutch is all I need to keep my necessities.


LOOK 6: Party
I’ve always loved cropped tops, so for my upcoming birthday party, Soo Hua has chosen this lovely piece. The cut is fun and fits my personality making me feel great and confident.

The ruffles and drop shoulders gives emphasis on my neckline, which is one of my favourite parts of my body. Plus this material is so easy to manage. I complete the look with these heels, simple cause it’s my special day and the red heels are a killer.

To keep it simple, our faces fall into 2 categories - Rounded or Angular. Find a frame that is in CONTRAST with your face shape. This brings balance and proportion to one’s face.

Rounded
- Gradual straight line and rounded chin like me
- Avoid rounded frames, choose angular frames instead.

Angular
- Angular line or pointy chin.
- Avoid angular frames, choose rounded frames instead.

Cold or Warm skin undertone.
- To create balance, choose frame colours that are in ACCORDANCE with your skin undertone. Choosing your frame colour with the same skin undertone will make you look more vibrant!

Low Nose Bridge
- Ask for an “Asian” fit frame, which comes with a narrower bridge, adjustable nose pads and has a decreased curvature.

Higher Cheekbones
- Avoid bigger frames, which will touch your cheekbones. Choose smaller frames instead.

Dark circles
- Go for thicker and darker tone, full rim frame big enough to cover the dark circle area.

Lifting Effect
- Be adventurous and try the “cat eye” frames.

Look younger,
- Choose colourful and brighter frames.
