20181003 早上一早的主管會報由三所的林欣吾所長介紹全球創業網絡(GEN)及 gAsia Pass Framework/Agreement。其中GEN是由美國Kauffman基金會所創立的創業網絡，每年舉辦的GEC(Global Entrepreneurship Congress) 。gAsia Pass 為創業數位公民卡 。
全球創業大會為全球創業年度最大盛會，號召數百位國家代表，一同探討創業生態系統所面臨之經濟及政策挑戰；而GEC+則是GEC的延伸活動，為GEN專注於探討區域跨國合作與特定新創議題解決方案。

One of #InnoVEX2018 Forum speaker is Adriana Gascoigne, the founder & CEO of Girls in Tech. She created GIT in 2007 to be a support framework to help women advance their careers in STEM fields. Adriana has worked together with famous tech companies like Indiegogo & Involver (Oracle) as an advisor. She will be a keynote speaker in the Women Entrepreneurship forum.
