Please come over and laugh at me, it'll be nice to catch up since I've not been out for a while - but you need to be someone who is with the f&b industry otherwise no entry (ie, the bar awards door bitch need to recognise you). :p

Sirap limau - inspired by the G&T (hendricks, oolong tea, monin blue pea flower syrup, rose syrup, kalamansi, East Imperial yuzu tonic)

Mono - an americano twist with monkey shoulder (China-china, monkey shoulder, campari, a touch of monin syrup, soda)

Gonna have me some My Kinky East at Opium KL for #GinJubilee2017

45ml Bombay Sapphire infused with cardamom kaffir lime leaves. Lemon. Locally made ginger rice wine. East Imperial yuzu tonic. Topped up with sparkling wine. Garnished with a jellied lemon slice which you need to eat first before having the drink. This one grows on you. The more you drink it the more heat you get from the ginger.

One for the road with Coley 's Holy Blush for #GinJubilee2017

45ml Gin Mare. Chocolate bitters. Homemade strawberry + ginger shrubs. Yuzu and grapefruit East Imperial tonic. Garnished with basil, chocolate curl and dehydrated strawberry. Simple and flavoursome yum.
