很久沒po手平衡的練習,因為有一段時間沒練習,連chaturanga 都沒做,因為之前手臂太壯了🤣當然我還是覺得自己美翻,只是想說也停下來一下,花了很多時間在後彎跟開胸的練習❤️
It has been long time i didnt practice arm balancing poses, since my arms were too strong🤣too big, even though I am still so beautiful 🤣 but I decided to stop a while and practice more on my backbend and chest opening, it was also amazing ❤️

2. 加強柔軟度
3. 啟動很多通常沒在用的小肌肉而加強你的身體架構的平衡
4. 調整專注力
5. 讓你意識到身體的每一個部份

在平常生活有什麼不平衡的行為或習慣、做瑜伽時全部都能看得出來。
對我來說這個pose一開始特別難、肩膀力氣不夠、腰開過刀很緊、抓不到平衡。所以每次做瑜伽都我有練練習這個pose #kakasana 。
幾個月過後慢慢在瑜伽墊上的進步也變成了外面生活的進步。這是讓我很感動的感覺。

Downdog - 3 legged downdog - wild thing - bridge - reclining hero - child’s pose .... repeat both sides! If you do not feel comfortable going into a bridge flow then stop at wild thing, come back to downdog - all 4s - child’s pose. There is no wrong or right, it all depends on how your body feels today(that day). Please practise with ahimsa during your home practise. ?.
