This is our first attempt for freestyle class at AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building and we took home 4th!!

The whole bike was designed with vintage lines and all modern process into it, the look was going for a vintage rigid/springer bike but made it with modern CNC billet/tubing bolted together for that modern "lug" frame look, softail with underseat rear shock and billet rear leg/tubing front leg springer front end with air shocks

quick release half tanks, left side for electric inspection(battery and fuse), right side for fuel

front and rear Beringer inboard brake with rear modified with a sprocket makes a vintage drum brake look.

Dual front S&S heads with dual Keihin FCR carbs, Rough Crafts custom made billet lifter blocks, custom made intake and exhaust for the "dual front head" setup, plus Rough Crafts polished Split/Fin rocker cover for Twin Cam and hand made push rod tubes/collar

Roland Sands Design Diesel Black-Ops 18/16" wheels with Firestone Dirt Track Ribbed Front tires

■ Working time: about 30 minutes
■ Material cost: About $6

【Materials】
· Photo frame
· Design paper
· Sponge Hair Curler
· Glue gun
· Cloth scraps
· Tweezers

【Steps】
1. Turn the photo frame over and place the design paper in an arbitrary place
2. Turn frame to the front, and glue gun hair curlers to where paper is not pasted
3. Place cloth scrap on the curler, and use it to cover the curler by pushing it under and between with tweezers. Done!!

■作業時間：約30分
■材料費：約600円

【用意するもの】
・フォトフレーム
・デザインペーパー
・スポンジカーラー
・グルーガン
・端切れ
・ピンセット

【作り方】
1.フォトフレームを裏返し、任意の箇所にデザインペーパーをセットする
2.フレームを表にし、デザインペーパーを貼っていないフレームに
グルーガンを塗りスポンジカーラーを敷き詰める
3.カーラーの上に端切れを乗せ、ピンセットでカーラーの隙間や下に押し込んで覆って完成!!

しまうのも取り出すのも簡単なアクセサリースタンドがあっという間にできちゃいます♥

This video is designed to inform and educate.
T1 "SYM" motorcycle annihilated. Rider loses the rear tire at speed and his gas tank impacts the corner of the barrier wall. Rider relatively uninjured in spite of a deep impact into the "crash fence."
When the bike is picked up you will notice that the frame has been significantly distorted upwards...new "Vee design" My only analysis comment is that he could have possibly weight shifted a lot more. His brake light came on AFTER the tail started to slide out.
