Throwback to February 2020, I have been to Dubai twice and participated in two towerrunning races there. Happy to have win both the races that I took part and love to see all the tall towers plus the upcoming one!
Last weekend, most of us towerrunners, runners around the World took part in a charity challenge: virtual climb @burjkhalifa by @gulf4good
With a minimum of UAE 50 as a participation fees or donation to raise fund for underprivileged kids impacted by Covid-19 from Nepal, Uganda, Tanzania, Peru and Lebanon.
We managed to raise a total of AED 22,172 (US$ 6,037) for them!
I believe one day, we will be able to run up the actual building!
2909 steps, 160 floors, 628 meters.
