喬今天分享中文母語常常會犯的英文錯誤：
☛ 錯誤用法：這個很 fashion
即便中英混雜，也要記得 fashion 只能當動詞跟名詞，沒有形容詞的屬性
若要表達【時尚的】，請使用 fashionable 或 chic
(其中發音也很常犯錯： chic 的發音，與 “shik” 相同)
☛ 錯誤用法：Where are you come from?
詢問對方來自哪裡，不建議讓 be V. 與 介系詞 from 同時存在。
請記住兩個簡單詢問對方來自哪裡的正確用法：
Where are you from?
Where do you come from?
☛ 錯誤用法：What’s happen?
What’s 有兩種縮寫：可以表達為 What is / What has
亦即變為全寫有兩種用法：
What has happened? = What’s happened? (已經發生什麼了？)
What is happening? = What’s happening? (現在發生什麼了？)
☛ 錯誤用法：Close the light/ Open the light
開燈與關燈，在英文中使用 turn on / turn off
Can you turn on the light?
Can you turn off the light?
☛ 錯誤用法：I am boring.
請記得這類動詞 (bore, interest...etc.)
接 VING 時，意思是 讓他人覺得.... (interesting 他人覺得有趣)
接 Ved 時，意思是 自己覺得... (interested 自己覺得有趣)
☛ 錯誤用法：answer of the question
在英文中 answer “to” 是正確用法，不接 of
Please let me know the answer to my question.
☛ 錯誤用法：Because.., so…
Because 跟 so 都是連結詞，兩者在同一個句子不能同時出現。
Because it rains, I will not join.
= It rains, so I will not join.
