Yesterday I competed at the @musclecontest NPC Iron Games and walked away with 2 overall titles , 2 First Place awards and a 3rd Place award in the Open Middleweight bodybuilding Category😳😳...still trying to let that sink in because it is so unreal...

I have so many things about yesterday that I wanted to share but I will leave that separate on the show day vlog. I just wanna thank each and everyone who have supported me through out these last 20 weeks, especially to @mikiiing ...Words cannot describe how much I wanted her to be here to celebrate these moments with me but I’m sure if I put in the work this week I can repeat this for the next one when she is here! 😪And of course friends and family who have supported me and bear with my annoying habits in prep . Thank you God for giving me the strength to push through hard times , it was a very painful journey but it is all worth it👌🏻

Also I have to thank people like @zee_howard @j.li529 who are not only my clients but also great friends who made sure I survive and bust my nuts in the gym every damn day, definitely need to take them out for a meal when I’m back 🤙🏻

Thank you also to my coach @shelbystarnes100 for all the guidance he has given me, although we didn’t bring the most desire look that we had in mind but given the fact we have only worked together for 2 weeks I’d say we have done a pretty great job! we have learnt so much about my body responsiveness to certain things in just a short 2 weeks of working together!! Next one should be v v interesting😈
