〈老實情人〉MV特地遠赴日本東京取景，為呈現歌曲散發出迷人的80年代氣味，不僅在服裝與造型用心營造出復古情懷，也在場景的設定，如懷舊感十足的西式咖啡廳以及舞廳等，完整體現80年代的陳舊色調與氛圍。在視覺體驗上為彰顯年代感，也特別將畫面裁剪至傳統電視螢幕4:3比例，讓人有種掉入過往時空的錯覺。這是一首關於回憶裡懷舊的情歌，雖然懷舊，但在記憶裡，那份愛的悸動卻常保如新，不曾因時間抹滅痕跡。
