We live in an age where it is not easy for most of us to find balance. Tons of information is being thrown at us from all directions relentlessly. How do we discern between truth and dogma? Sometimes, taking a step back to recalibrate, and keeping things simple, can be extremely valuable and beneficial for us. Start with being mindful of the things we can control. Two simple things you can do everyday are to feel better are:
1. Move. Spend at least 5-10 minutes a day mobilizing your body (first thing after we wake up is great), just enough to have to huff and puff, rest, then repeat. Notice how much more “with it” you feel afterwards.
2. Eat more actual food; natural, whole food and not processed junk. You will notice a difference in how you feel. If you feel sluggish after intaking something, it probably is NOT GOOD for you. The things you eat and drink are either cleansing you, or clogging you.
