北竿旅行中，來到了戰爭和平紀念公園主題館，裡面有珍貴的戰時紀錄影片只能在館內收看，沿著旁邊的步道走下去，可以接到螺山自然步道(螺蚌山步道)，這個步道讓我想到了東莒島的東洋山步道，兩個步道走起來都可以看到壯麗的風景，隨處都可拍電影大片！不過這天風很大，步道中也有一小段要透過繩索攀爬的，如果當天陣風超過十級步道就會關閉，大家要特別小心喔！下集帶大家搭船去大坵島賞鹿啦😁

實用小秘訣：先查好退潮時間再安排螺磅山步道的行程，才能看到海上孔子像跟島上完整的地形喔😎

Luoshan Isle & Bangshan Isle Trail is the most beautiful trail in Beigan Island, Matsu.

It takes around 40 minutes for a round trip, but I spent more than 2 hours here while taking pictures and videos. The locals said they visit Luoshan Nature Trail for picking oysters. But if the wind is too strong, the trail will close. And the best time to visit here is during the low tide, so that you can see the stunning landscape!

In this hiking vlog I hike to hidden caves found in a beautiful part of the UK boarding Wales and England called The Wye Valley.

This was my first time hiking in the Wye Valley, UK so I wanted to explore the hidden gems that could be found in this beautiful nature filled area of the UK. I began my hiking adventure by exploring Goodrich Castle, a stunning medieval castle found in the countryside. Next I went hiking around King Arthur's Cave, exploring the multiple hidden caves found in this area. After this I hiked to Devil's Pulpit which is a viewing point which gives an amazing view overlooking Tintern Abbey. Finally I went to another hidden in the Wye Valley called Giants Cave.

I did this hike as part of my training for the Lejog. In June I will be walking the length of the UK for the mental health charity mind. With travel temporarily halted, we decided to explore the hidden gems within Singapore. Join us as we explore Thomson Nature Park, the 50-hectare buffer park unique for its rich cultural heritage as the site of a former Hainan Village. Thomson Nature Park is also home to a rich array of biodiversity and is notably a key conservation site for the critically endangered Raffles’ Banded Langur.

There are five trails within this park: Ruins and Figs Trail (1.50km), Streams and Ferns Trail (1.40km), Rambutan Trail (0.40km), Langur Trail (0.35km), and Macaque Trail (0.15km). Although we weren't fortunate enough to spot the elusive Raffles' Banded Langur on our multiple trips here, we did manage to catch wild boars and plenty of cheeky macaques.

May our videos be a form of escapism and source of zen for you, and encourage you to appreciate the little, simple things in life. Even in these turbulent times, there is still much beauty in this world if we keep our hearts and minds open.
