今日は水回りの掃除を重曹を使って掃除しました🍀
I used baking soda for cleaning

重曹には静菌効果というものがあり、除菌をすることはできないですが菌を増やさないよう予防ができるそうです🍀

生姜と野菜たっぷりスープのレシピ

・好きな野菜（ジャガイモ、ナス、玉ねぎ、人参など）
・きのこや油揚げなど入れたいもの
・肉（ひき肉やバラ肉など）
・ネギ
・生姜　１センチ
・水　　1ℓ〜
・味噌　大さじ３
・醤油・酒　大さじ１〜２

かぼちゃとひき肉の旨煮
・かぼちゃ　４分の１
・ひき肉　５０g〜
・醤油、砂糖、酒、みりん　大さじ１〜２
