Hope the second day of fasting has been kind to most of us.
Gotta say yesterday was pretty challenging and I felt like fainting even just replying emails...but today things really turned around and my body got used to it especially since I had a lot to eat today for SAHUR 🥙

Ok in case you’re a non Muslim and is wondering here’s a brief explanation on what the fasting month terms or PUASA is all about:

🌙 RAMADHAN is what they call the fasting month in Arabic. We call it PUASA in Bahasa Malaysia

🌙 SAHUR is what we call the pre-dawn meals we have before IMSAK
