1.降低恢復與身體修復
美國運動醫學會(ACSM)研究顯示，
快速大量飲酒可能會減少肌肉力量、肌肉耐力、速度和心血管健康。
可能有部分的運動員，會在運動後因慶祝或放鬆，開始飲酒，
依據不同酒精劑量的實驗發現，攝取酒精劑量在 0.5g/每公斤體重 以上的男性運動員，會顯著增加尿量，使運動後遲遲處於脫水狀態且降低運動後的修復、肌肉蛋白質的合成。
(PS:雖然研究顯示是這個劑量,但有的人酒量比較不好,還是可能沒到0.5g/每公斤體重 這個量就已經醉摟)
2. #大腦認知功能下降
另一篇2019的動物研究更顯示，連續60天每天攝取超過容量10ml/kg的酒精，造成認知能力下降、血腦屏障（保護大腦，阻止某些物質通過）會被破壞，降低其功能，以及神經細胞數量減少、開始退化等問題發生。
補充：
酒精克數計算公式＝酒的容量c.c. × 酒精百分比％ × 0.785(酒精密度)
假設以60kg成年人計算，
喝3罐330ml小罐的啤酒，就會影響運動後恢復和修復摟！
所以！酒不是不能喝，但是要適量飲酒呀！

昭和の香りを残す老舗天ぷら専門店！平塚にある天ぷら専門店の『天ぷら井上』にお邪魔してきました！平塚駅から徒歩3分。お店はカウンターのみ、老夫婦2人でやられている静かな佇まいで、平塚で50年近く商売されてきたそうです。お任せの定食のほか、単品やお酒の当てに良さそうなメニュー、そして地酒や焼酎などもずらり並ぶ、大人の天ぷら屋、という雰囲気がまた良い！地元の野菜や旬のものをネタに織り混ぜるそうで、その季節になるとやってくる常連さんもいるとか。お店の職人肌のご主人とにこやかな奥さんのコンビが和やかな雰囲気で居心地良い時間を過ごさせてもらいました！しっかりご飯も良し、お酒にもよし！その職人技と共に実食の様子をご覧ください！

A long-established tempura specialty store that retains the scent of the Showa era! I visited "Tempura Inoue", a tempura specialty store in Hiratsuka! 3 minutes walk from Hiratsuka station. The shop has a quiet appearance with only a counter and two elderly couples, and it has been in business in Hiratsuka for nearly 50 years. In addition to the set meals that you leave to us, the menu that seems to be good for single items and sake, and the atmosphere of an adult tempura shop with a lineup of local sake and shochu are also good! It seems that local vegetables and seasonal foods are mixed into the ingredients, and some regulars come in that season. The combination of the owner of the shop's craftsman's skin and his smiling wife spent a comfortable time in a peaceful atmosphere! Good meal and good alchol! Please see the actual food along with the craftsmanship!

Ramen Sapporo Ikkobu-an is making Sapporo miso ramen with ingredients without pork or sake, and welcomes travelers from all over the world as a Muslim friendly restaurant.
