⛔ PART 1: What are the main means of transport in Vietnam? (Những phương tiện giao thông chủ yếu ở Việt Nam là gì?)
There are quite a few means of transport in Vietnam, but motorbikes are taking the lead. (Reason) People prefer to travel by motorbike because it is more economical and the most important thing is that when it comes to traffic congestion, it takes ages for car to move on the road but it is much easier for a motorbike to wend its way forward and escape the bad traffic.
⛔ PART 2: Describe a time you travelled by public transport. (Mô tả một thời gian khi bạn di chuyển bằng phương tiện công cộng)
Well, today I would like to tell you about an MRT journey in Singapore that I took several years ago.
Actually, I was a junior in Hanoi University when I took my summer vacation there. After a month of planning, I decided to embark on the journey alone.
(Reason) I already knew that car rent in Singapore would be prohibitively expensive to a student like me, so I chose MRT to travel around the city, which was both fast and economical. (Example) I boarded a train at Lavender station which headed towards Marina Bays station. Luckily, I managed to find a seat before it was filled up. The trains here were notoriously jam-packed in rush hours.
To my surprise, it was so silent on the train, everyone tried to keep their voice low so that they wouldn’t bother others, and I have to say that was a strange thing when compared to buses in some countries. Moreover, the train went unbelievably fast, so it took me just about 15 minutes to arrive at my destination. I felt that such a long distance was made shorter thanks to this means of transport. That was my first time I went on a public transport and I hope that there will be more modern underground systems that are built in our country in the near future.
⛔ PART 3: How do you think people will travel in the future? (Bạn nghĩ trong tương lai, con người sẽ di chuyển bằng gì?)
Well I think, electric mini-bus will be the prevalent means of transport in the future. (Reason) [1]One reason could be that it still carries the same number of passengers but being small and agile to get its way out of a traffic jam. (Example) In addition, carpooling may be a good idea (Reason) as people can not only save a great amount of money spent on fuel for their private car but they also help protect the environment. Many people travel in the same car means there will be less emission and less trafficjam and this may be a dominant way of transporting in the future.

Top 4 #Facebook ,#Instagram ,#YouTube & #Email #Scams-
1.Duplicating Accounts: One way that scammers trick those on Facebook is to imitate the email template from Facebook and Instagram, which makes it look like you have an official message. Once you enter login information, the phishers can duplicate your account, hold it for ransom, or begin asking your friends for money or information.
2.Viral Videos: Viral videos are huge on social media pages, especially if they are racy, shocking, or scandalous. However, since they are irresistible to most of us, they are also perfect bait for scammers. When you click on one of these videos, you will be asked to update your video player, and, when you do, it downloads and installs a virus onto your system. It also shares the same scam with your friends, who believe the message they receive is safe since it looks like you shared it.
Identity Theft: Facebook accounts can be used to crack other passwords. If your account is duplicated, your information can be used to determine the answers to knowledge-based authentication questions that verify the identity of the account owner. Multi-factor authentication is a good idea to use on all of your accounts.
Give me money, I'll return even more!: After duplicating your friend's account, scammers are using the account to get you to pay them with the promise of returning much more. Your "friend" will tell you that they paid an amount and received a huge return, and recommend you do it too.
3.Burglary: Criminals also use Facebook to determine if a potential victim is at home or not. Publicly sharing information about vacations and other times away is exactly what burglars are looking for.
Free coupons: You have probably seen this many times. You are promised free coupons at large retailers worth more than usual, or coupons for a free vacation. All you need to do is use your Facebook login on a site, and you'll get a free vacation—or your social media identity will belong to someone else without the vacation.
Geo-Stalking: Using the idea of geo-stalking, a criminal can use the GPS technology of social media to stalk and find a target. You should turn off your social media location settings.
Is this you? Lol: This is a scam that has been around for some time. Usually, a link to a video is included with a description from a "friend." The link is normally a virus or browser hijacker.
The "Who Viewed Your Profile?" and "So and so unfriended you!" Scams: If you are active on Facebook, you have probably seen these. Facebook does not advertise these types of activities.
3.Contest Scams: This is another common scam, and it is as simple as setting up a fake page on Facebook, marketing it with a great contest, and collecting information from everyone that joined. One such scam claimed that those who shared the link would get a $1,000 gift card, and more than 40,000 people fell for it.
4.Love scams: The good-looking deployed American serviceman/woman or an alluring lonely foreigner hoping to get to America are common themes used to find unwitting targets. Many people feel alone and become entwined in a social media affair where the person eventually asks for money to get "back to America" or travel there with promises of seeing their "loved one." Once the money is transferred, the distant lover disappears.

Do you know the story of the fisherman and businessman?
You probably do...
Maybe you heard it from one of your friends or colleagues.
Maybe you heard back in school or at a workshop. Or maybe you stumbled across it online.
Wherever you found it - it’s a really popular story. And it has a really good lesson.
But there’s a problem with the way most people tell it...
And after reading it, most people just ask the wrong damn question.
It’s what keeps them broke.
Today I’m going to share with you the true lesson of “The Fisherman And The Businessman”.
But first, here’s the story...
The Fisherman And The Businessman.
A businessman on vacation was walking along the beach one morning when he came across a fisherman beside a boat.
“Good morning! Going fishing?”
The fisherman laughed and pointed to the fish in his boat. “I'm already back from fishing!”
“Oh! Hmm, how long did it take you to catch those fish?”
“Uhh… only a couple of hours. Why?”
“Just curious… so ... why don’t you stay out longer and catch some more?”
“Oh, it’s already enough for me and my family. I don’t need anymore!”
“I see, okay so what do you do for the rest of the day?”
“Well, usually I go home and have lunch with my wife. Then I go take a nice afternoon nap. And then in the evening, I go into town and have drinks with my friends.”
That’s when the businessman had a fantastic idea.
“Wow! Okay, I’ve got some great advice for you. Why don’t you fish for longer every day and sell the extra fish for profit? That way, you can use the profits to buy yourself a bigger boat!"
"Uhh, why would I want a bigger boat?"
"To catch even more fish! And then if you sell those extra fish for a profit, you can grow your business! And buy enough boats to create a fleet!"
"A fleet??"
"Yep! And with all the new profits fro your fleet, you can build a fishing company! And you can grow until you’re an international operation!”
“Build a fishing company? Go international? Why!?”
“Well, that’s the best part! When you become that big … you can take your company public, sell your stock, and become an instant millionaire!”
The fisherman paused to think...
“An instant millionaire? How long would all this take?”
“Not too long I guess. Maybe 15 years. Maybe 20 years.”
“Okay… hmm … but I still don’t get it. What’s the point of doing all that?”
“Because as a millionaire, you can retire and do whatever the heck you want! You can relax, spend time with your wife, nap whenever you want, and even hang out with your friends in the evening!”
The fisherman scratched his chin.
“Well, isn’t that exactly what I’m doing now?”
“uhh…...”
You see, many entrepreneurs become entrepreneurs because of the ‘freedom’ generally associated with it.
...getting to wake up whenever you want.
...getting to spend as much time as you want with your family.
...and getting to take the time off to do whatever you want.
But along the way to that dream life, most get stuck on a hamster wheel. And the dream life they were so desperate to have just seems to move farther and farther away.
What do I mean? Well, let me show you what no one talks about.
Let’s say you have a 1M-dollar/year company.
It could be a restaurant, it could be an eCommerce store…
Whatever it is...
Let’s be conservative and say that after all the costs it takes to run your 1M revenue company, you have 25% in profits.
So 250,000 dollars in profits.
Following so far? Good.
Now, some people might think:
“Okay great, that’s not too bad.”
But you haven’t invested back into the company yet. So now let’s say you reinvest half of it back into your company.
Leaving you with only 125,000 dollars...
It’s not that much - is it?
It’s actually just a little over 10K a month.
And that’s BEFORE tax.
Not so glamorous and incredible like the media makes out running a million-dollar company is, right?
Also, that’s not even 10K passively…
While you’re scaling and finding the right people - it’s HARD hard work.
When I started my company, I was working for 12-14 hours a day every single damn day. And I did that for 5 years...
I’m NOT saying building a business is bad.
I’m just saying it’s not as simple and glamorous as people are telling you.
So what should you do to work towards your ideal life?
I recommend you take a lesson from the fisherman.
What The Fisherman Can Teach You About True Success
The fisherman had a good skill to provide for his family…
He could’ve used it to make more if he wanted to.
But he also had the freedom to create the lifestyle he wanted to.
And that’s what I recommend you do too.
Instead of pouring years into building companies, why not focus first on a skill that can give you control over your time and life?
A skill that can provide for you everything you need in just a few hours every morning...
-\-\ Without the typical overheads of a business.
-\-\ Without all the pressure to look after employees and beat the competition.
-\-\ And without all the late nights that most entrepreneurs have to experience.
Now, it’s not going to be as easy as fishing!
This is not some magic bullet BS.
It’s not some easy snap your fingers and 100 dollar notes will come flying out of your phone or computer thing.
And just like building a business - this isn’t for lazy people that would rather party and play video games all day.
But unlike a business, once you’ve got a skill that puts bucks in your pocket fast, no one can take that away from you...

Hello YT Family,
Today's Vlog:
Split happens,
Family Outing,
Trip to Giant's Causeway
I love samples!!!
Greetings from Split! Tim and I are here for the next few days to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary. Weather has been lovely and food has been yummy! It's our first proper vacation together alone since our honeymoon. It's been nice spending quality time together but it made us miss Isaac a lot. We can't wait to bring him on vacation with us in the near future.
A little update on our school building project. We have raised almost $45,000 so far (from your donations and tee spring sales). We're only $5,000 from our goal to build ANOTHER school for the children of Laos. I want to thank everybody's support so far. It's been tremendously inspiring. You have no idea what this means for the children. It would mean the world to me if you guys can keep the support going by purchasing a Unicorn tank top here: http://www.teespring.com/imaunicorn
You guys also requested the Corny sweaters back. That was another great surprise to wake up to. You can purchase the corny sweaters here: http://www.teespring.com/thecornykind
Ok, time to bed since it's going to be an early morning for us tomorrow. Sweetest dreams!!
Love, the Bubz family xo
