其實我懷疑出啲咁嘅香港特色嘢, 仲真係唔容易出過一般 Fine Dining posts. 始終後者先係我強項, 而大部分現代廚師都係用某些逐漸統一的 established 烹調方法.

但係我個心又想出多一點, 努力保護自己香港, 澳門, 廣東省嘅 micro 文化. 反而普通嘅嘢, 成日都有轉變, 因為人哋每天要 Struggled 去搵食. 在自己 Imaginations 的小宇宙之內改良 😚, 又分分鐘沒有這麼多無謂的限制, 有好有唔好. 有時我睇漏眼一小刻已經會追唔上

The Beef slices here are larger, equally decent but different. U can't wished for better competition really, because somehow they came to 2 fairly different solutions within their budget

🌟 沙爹牛肉脆脆麵 Satay Beef Crispy Noodles. As become a hit lately at here, especially after the likes of us at @franco_cheung_gf @eddie_ilovefood777 and me have published it, and subsequently @weekendweekly reporters. 😇😚😋😋

🌟🌟 薑蔥豬扒雞扒撈麵 Scallion & Ginger Fried Chicken & Pork Mixed Noodles. This is where it gets confusing, and why I said you need to monitor it. These shops are so combatitive within the same cooked food centre especially during Covid. 2 months later, they might be onto something new altogether.

But u cannot blame them. Eventually they will reach their peak within their scope. And then, it will be like Basque Country and Pintxos, Michelin 🌟🌟 competitions game all over again. Except not many people even paid attention back then.. B4 Spanish Basque became the most Michelin starred area per population. I have my own secrets & studies on this phenomenon. But let's just say? U need to have a Vision at 1st.

Sau triển lãm tranh đầu tay ‘Vùng Mơ' được giám tuyển bởi GốcCreation, Hứa Vĩ Văn trở lại với các tác phẩm, nguồn cảm hứng và chất liệu mới. Trong khuôn khổ chương trình nghệ thuật Art Resider nhằm cung cấp không gian thực hành, sáng tạo và trưng bày cho nghệ sĩ đa ngành, Hứa Vĩ Văn “lưu trú" tại không gian làm việc Toong và trực tiếp sáng tác, với chủ đề chính đến từ những suy tưởng về biển, lửa và tự do. 14 tác phẩm trong khuôn khổ triển lãm ‘Vùng Yên | Night Irene’ được trưng bày từ 07/05 đến hết ngày 10/06/2021, tại 188 Võ Thị Sáu. Mọi lợi nhuận từ việc bán tranh sẽ được quyên góp tới các chiến sĩ vùng biên giới, góp phần phòng chống đại dịch Covid-19.

\ Giới thiệu triển lãm:

Khởi đầu với tác phẩm tranh đa chất liệu về biển được lấy cảm hứng từ hòn đảo Santorini, Hy Lạp, triển lãm ‘Vùng Yên | Night Irene' liên tục được kiến tạo và tái tạo, với sự bổ sung các tác phẩm mới theo tiến trình sáng tác tự nhiên của nghệ sĩ. Toàn bộ triển lãm là một chiếc la bàn mà ở đó tọa độ là thế giới tâm thức và những xúc cảm chân thành của tác giả. Lần này, Hứa Vĩ Văn thử nghiệm với đa dạng chất liệu. Ở một số tác phẩm sử dụng màu acrylic, ốc và sao biển được gắn lên tranh với bột dính, keo và lớp phủ bóng nhằm khơi gợi cảm thức về biển. Ở những tác phẩm khác, anh lại thử nghiệm với hiệu ứng tranh sơn mài và ấn tượng về không gian lưu trú tại chính Toong Võ Thị Sáu.

Nhìn vào các tác phẩm, chúng ta có thể thấy sự biến chuyển về cảm xúc và cả tính thời sự. Ở những bức tranh về biển là sự hiện diện của trời, biển, đất. Trong đó, ốc và sao biển đại diện cho những sinh vật bình dị và vô danh, nhưng lại có vai trò lớn lao với thiên nhiên và sự sống bền vững của con người. Đặc biệt, khi vấn đề sao biển bị phá hoại bởi khách du lịch đang được dấy lên mạnh mẽ, các tác phẩm của ‘Vùng Yên’ phần nào trở thành lời gợi nhắc đậm chất thơ.

\ Từ thiện:

Toàn bộ lợi nhuận từ việc bán tranh trong khuôn khổ triển lãm ‘Vùng Yên' sẽ được dùng để cung cấp nhu yếu phẩm cho các chiến sĩ biên giới như khẩu trang, trà, cà phê, thực phẩm,..

Lưu ý: Không gian Toong Võ Thị Sáu hạn chế tối đa 20 khách thăm quan mỗi lượt. Chúng tôi sẽ cung cấp dung dịch sát khuẩn tay, khẩu trang và thực hiện đo thân nhiệt tại cửa. Áp dụng cho người đến xem và nhân viên hỗ trợ.

After the debut painting exhibition ‘Dreamland' curated by GocCreation, Hua Vi Van returns with new artworks, inspirations, and materials. Within the framework of the Art Resider program, which aims to provide support and space for the practice and display of multidisciplinary artists, Hua Vi Van “resides” at Toong workspace in order to work on his paintings, drawing from the theme of sea, fire, and freedom. 14 artworks of the ‘Night Irene' exhibition will be on display from May 7 to June 10, 2021, at 188 Vo Thi Sau. All profits from the sale of paintings will be used to support Vietnamese soldiers in the border area, contributing to the prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic.

\ About the exhibition:

Starting with a mix-media painting inspired by the island of Santorini, Greece, the body of works that create ‘Night Irene' is constantly created and recreated, with the addition of new artworks following the natural progression of the artist. The entire exhibition is a compass whose coordinates are the artist's inner world and sincere emotions. This time, Hua Vi Van experiments with a variety of materials. In some artworks using acrylic colors, seashells and starfish are attached to the paintings with sticky powder, glue and glossy coating in order to evoke the impressions of the sea. In others, he experiments with lacquer painting effects, inspired by the experience of being at Toong Vo Thi Sau.

Looking at the works, we can see the change in emotions and even topicality. In the sea-inspired paintings, the world seems split into three parts: sky, sea, and earth, with seashells and starfish representing tiny and unknown creatures, which nonetheless play a great role in nature and sustainable human life. In particular, when the issue of starfish being destroyed by tourists is strongly raised, the artworks of 'Night Irene' can be viewed as timely reminders.

\ Charity:

All profits from the sale of paintings within the scope of ‘Night Irene' exhibition will be used to provide essentials for border soldiers such as masks, tea, coffee, food, etc.

Note: Toong Vo Thi Sau will allow a maximum of 20 visitors per turn. We will provide hand sanitizer, mask, and take the temperature at the door. Applied to all visitors and support staff.

〈龍藏經〉浮影幻化互動沉浸式裝置內容取材自國立故宮博物院收藏的〈內府泥金寫本藏文龍藏經〉，為清康熙年間完成的藏傳佛教經典，於宗教及藝術領域上都是難得一見的巨作，故以此為構想規畫為一互動場域。

本裝置設計成透過感測民眾的參與人數多寡，啟動互動機制，展開循序漸進的三段變化體驗過程：從金色粒子的凝聚，至經文、八吉祥的飛揚，再到諸聖尊顯像。以蒲團意象的座椅增強打坐沉澱心境的效果：民眾坐下後，地面會慢慢浮現出經文、八吉祥的動畫，且隨著停滯時間漸久，地面的動畫範圍便逐步擴展。 更設置平板互動區，以擴增實境的手法，讓民眾猶如得到〈龍藏經〉的吉祥祝福，包含六字大明咒翻譯解密與白描尊像彩色幻化兩種形式。

不論國籍、年齡大小，任何人皆可透過科技藝術與文物的結合，深度沉浸在〈龍藏經〉的華美風采中而獲得心靈的感動。

Tibetan Dragon Sutra illusionistic immersive interactive installation is an interactive apparatus inspired by the ancient manuscript. Through the combination of science, art, and cultural relics, viewers can immerse themselves in the wondrous beauty of the Tibetan Dragon Sutra and submerge themselves within the intense spiritual energy emitted. The interactive device features material from the Tibetan Dragon Sutra: Imperial manuscript copy in gold ink housed within the collections of the National Palace Museum.

It is a collection of Tibetan Buddhist manuscripts completed during the reign of Emperor Kangxi. Due to their exquisite craftsmanship, grandeur, and solemnity, the manuscripts are a rare masterpiece in the fields of art and religion. The device is designed to initiate an interactive mechanism through sensing the number of people present. The experience encompasses a three-stage process that is gradually unveiled. Beginning with the amassing and swirling of flecks of golden light, people will then see flying scriptures and the eight auspicious symbols floating around them, followed by images of holy Buddhist figures.

The theater is also equipped with seating similar to the zafu used by Buddhist monks to enhance the meditative and calming effect. After viewers take their seats, the ground surrounding them will begin radiating scriptures and the eight auspicious symbols of Buddhist rituals. Further into the display, the scope of the animations on the floor will gradually expand. Through augmented reality, viewers will feel as if they have received the blessings of the Tibetan Dragon Sutra as they read and comprehend the translation of the six-syllabled Sanskrit mantra while being surrounded by animations of Buddhist statues transforming from black and white into images of vibrant color.

Regardless of nationality or age, visitors can all experience the feast of the senses brought to them by the Tibetan Dragon Sutra.
