較早前劉媽媽應邀出席 Weber Asia launch party 😊 產後第一次出席活動當然十分興奮！住村屋嘅我地一直都想試一試燒烤樂，但無奈無時間（因為我有OCD如果燒完野食，一定會大清潔）。好！講重點😬 @weberasia 依隻grilling (最細個款） 非常入屋，外型靚仔之於仲有內涵! 一般家庭都可以放喺露台用，亦可以配腳架。清潔亦都十分方便，適合一家大細喺屋企輕鬆燒烤樂！咁其實佢可以煮啲乜嘢呢？當日 Chef Jamie 即埸示範咗三款菜式 ！ 有港式叉燒 ， Scotch Egg 同埋生果pancake。我個人最欣賞叉燒😍因為非常入味！ 期待係屋企一手體驗然後再同大家分享! 😬

Using a similar method use for making cantonese roast duck, we created our crispy mandarin peel duck using the Weber Q. We used dried mandarin orange peels in our dry rub and also used fresh mandarin oranges in our sauce, just to go along with the roast duck!
By blanching the skin with maltose and vinegar mixture, we help to firm up the skin before air drying it. This is key to help create crispy skin when roasting the duck in the weber Q in indirect heat with the use of the roasting shield. The best part is that this only takes an hour!
The mandarin orange base sauce, which is made using plum sauce, is sweet and tangy and helps to cut the richness of the roast duck. A tasty recipe for a home brunch of a outdoor BBQ day!

With the annual Valentine’s Day knocking at your doorstep, you know it’s time to whip up a fabulous meal for your dearest one – well look no further as this delicious dish of Herb Crusted Lamb Rack!
We used parsley, oregano, rosemary, lemon zest, and more to mix with breadcrumbs, to be added on the lamb later. After the lamb is seared using our Weber Genesis Grill, we added mustard and then the herbs to create that flavorful combination of goodness. We served it with potatoes and asparagus for that classic pairing that will do nothing less than impress.

Salt Baked Chicken is a simple, hearty and very fun meal that can be enjoyed by the whole family. Imagine having fun removing the salt crust together and eating with your hands!
Salt crust baking is a traditional technique which enables hot steam to circulate all around the chicken it also helps to seal in all the meat juices keeping the chicken moist and tender. We created our own spice rub using Sichuan peppercorns and other spices to elevate the flavours.
Additionally, we baked the chicken over indirect heat on the Weber Genesis with the Gourmet BBQ System which keeps its juicy and tender on the inside.
