Daniel Ahmad นักวิเคราะห์อุตสาหกรรมเกมใน Niko Partners ได้ทวีตรายงานว่า Genshin Impact เกม Action RPG Open-World ที่กำลังมีกระแสโด่งดังตอนนี้ สามารถทำสถิติมียอดดาวน์โหลดเกมบนโทรศัพท์มือถือรวมแล้ว 17 ล้านครั้ง หลังตัวเกมเปิดให้เล่นผ่านไป 4 วัน (ตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 กันยายน ถึง 1 ตุลาคม)

นอกจากนี้ Ahmad ชี้ว่าสถิติดาวน์โหลดเกมครั้งนี้นับเฉพาะฝั่งมือถือเท่านั้น ยังไม่รวมสถิติยอดดาวน์โหลดจากแพลตฟอร์ม PC กับ PlayStation 4 เพราะฉะนั้นคาดหวังได้เลยว่ายอดดาวน์โหลดเกมจะมีตัวเลขที่มากกว่านี้ หากรวมสถิติจากทุกแพลตฟอร์ม
