Time for a dance workout!
Well, so I posted a short clip in stories last night and had a handful of queries from you all about the dance.
We are dancing to Figure 8 Fitness, which I bought online, and I absolutely love it because it makes you move every part of your body! The music is fast paced, the moves are varied and you get to do five kinds of Latin dances every time - Merengue, Samba, Salsa, Paso Doble and Jive. We did the 52-minute Core Cardio Blast last night and loved it. #notsponsored
The girls have been working out with me after dinner and I don't know why but they are always laughing their hearts out. Haha. Very funny meh? Anyway, I find dance such a good way to relax, bond while keeping fit at the same time. Sometimes, we just do yoga together and I will just search for random tutorials on YouTube too.
It's the start of exams for the big girl today but I still hope we can keep such fun nights coming our way and never lose the motivation to dance or exercise together. To more family workouts!
