OVERNIGHT OATS PEANUT BUTTER
* ½ cawan oats
* ½ cawan susu
* ¼ cawan yogurt
* 1 sudu besar madu
* 1/4 sudu kecil esen vanilla (opsyenal)
* buah kering dan kekacang pilihan
1. Dalam balang peanut butter yang dah habis tapi tinggal sisa, isikan dengan sedikit oat, diikuti, yougurt, madu, buah kering dan kekacang.
2. Ulangi sehingga balang hampir penuh.
3. Tuangkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sehingga penuh balang.
4. Tutupkan dan biarkan semalaman dalam peti sejuk.

Chia seed coconut soya yogurt.
With the weather getting warmer, it is time for yoghurt again! ( I don’t normally crave for yogurt in winter... too cold😅)
Husband bought a new flavour we have never tried before and it is so yummy with fruit!
I mixed chia seeds with yogurt and leaves it in the fridge for overnight. Take it out next morning and add some fruit on top.
The coconut flavour do goes well with the fruit!!! Love it!

春天終於終於開始冒出頭來了。再經過漫長又灰暗的冬天後,英國的春天花季開展時,真的會有一種大地復甦的感覺。
從風信子、水仙花、鬱金香開始,接著是櫻花季,然後五月有藍鈴花。
開始回暖,想吃優格早餐的慾望又開始冒出來。這週老公上超市採買一週的食材,順手帶了從來沒試過的椰奶口味的豆奶優格。
超 喜 歡~
我最近最愛的吃法是,前一晚把奇亞籽加到優格中,隔天穿早餐的時候,先拿出冰箱放在室溫,再加進切好的水果丁,當成約10點半的點心。
椰奶口味搭配水果非常好吃,甜味也很剛好。 如果有乳糖不耐的朋友,我還滿推薦的喔!

➢Mold 14 x 8cm / H8cm 800ml
You can also use an 18 x 8cm / H6cm mold.
80g (0.35 cup) soy yogurt
110g (0.56 cup) brown sugar
80g (0.73 cup) pecan nuts
1 carrot (140g) 5oz
80g (0.35 cup)Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
160g (1.28 cup) flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
-Optional-
Cardamom and nutmeg
200g (0.9 cup) cream cheese
40g (0.33 cup) powdered sugar
180°C(356F)50 minutes
Cut the surface of the cake, after 20 minutes.
Wrap the cake in plastic wrap and let it sit overnight.

* 1 banana
* 1 cup rolled oats
* 2 tablespoons Nutrabliss Organic chia seeds
* 4 teaspoons cacao powder
* 4 teaspoons maple syrup
* 1 1/3 cups walnut milk (or milk of choice)
* 1/4 cup chopped Nutrabliss walnuts
* 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
fruits & nuts
Granola Bars
1 ½ cups (120 g) Nutrabliss organic rolled oats (not instant or quick cook)
1 cup (100 g) quinoa flakes (or spelt, barley or further oats flakes)
½ cup (170 g) honey
¼ cup (45 g) Nutrabliss extra virgin coconut oil
zest of 1 orange
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
½ tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
pinch salt
½ cup (60 g) unsalted, roasted shelled pumpkin seeds
¼ cup (30 g) unsalted, roasted sunflower seeds
½ cup (70 g) dried cranberries
½ cup (80 g) raisin
Matcha Granola
3 Handful of nuts
60-70g coconut oil
130g maple syrup
2 TBSP matcha
300g Nutrabliss organic rolled oats
3 tbsp Nutrabliss organic Chia seeds
Add dried cranberries, Nutrabliss Goji Berries

以前SNSやテレビで話題になった、ハーベストミルフィーユサンドを大好きなイチゴ入りで作ってみました。さっぱりおいしい。
*レシピ*(3個分)
1.ザルにキッチンペーパーを置き、その上に無糖ヨーグルト 450gを入れ水切りヨーグルトを作る。
7時間半水切りし、ホエー 200gが出た水切りヨーグルトができました。
2.イチゴをスライスする。1個を7枚と10枚にスライスしたもの2通り準備しました。
3.ハーベスト バタートーストに(1)を塗る。
4.一番下にミントの葉を数枚重ねてハーベストで挟む。
5.(1)を平らに塗り、イチゴのヘタに近い方から順に1枚おく。
6.(5)を繰り返す。
水切りヨーグルト少し余りました。
7.ラップでゆったりと包み、冷蔵庫で2時間半から一晩冷やす。
8.でけた。
ヨーグルトに甘みがなくてもさっぱりとおいしいです。お好みで砂糖を20gほど加えるのもアリだと思います。
撮影時で2時間半から3時間半経過した状態です。一晩おいても食べてみましたが、ハーベストがよりしっとり、やわっとした食感になりました。いずれもとても柔らかく崩れやすいので気をつけてください。

I tried making Tohato's Harvest Crepe Cake, which were once the talk of the town on social media and TV in Japan, with my favorite strawberries. It's refreshing and delicious.
* Recipe * (for 3 crepe cakes)
1.Place kitchen paper on a colander and put 450g of unsweetened yogurt on it to make drained yogurt. After draining for 7.5 hours, we have a drained yogurt with 200g of whey.
2.Slice the strawberries into two pieces, one with 7 slices and one with 10 slices.
3.Spread (1) on the Tohato Harvest buttered toast.
4.Place a few mint leaves on the bottom and sandwich them with Harvest.
5.Spread (1) flat and place a piece of (2) on top, taking into account the order.
6.Repeat step (5).
7.Wrap it loosely in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for 2.5 hours to overnight.
8.Done.
Even if the yogurt is not sweet, it is refreshingly delicious. You can add about 20g of sugar if you like.
At the time of shooting, 2.5 to 3.5 hours have passed. I also tried it overnight, and found the Harvest to be more moist and soft. Both are very soft and crumble easily, so please be careful.
