Martabak telur dan sayur.
Adunan kulit
2 kg Tpg gandum
2 ½ cwn minyak masak
Sedikit garam
Air ais dari peti sejuk.. Ikut lembut tepung..
Uli sampai sebati mcm kulit karipap.
Inti:
1 labu kobis dlm 1.3kg (potong hancur) lupe ambik gambar
2 batang lobak merah ( sagat)
Sedikit daun sup di potong kecil
4 biji kentang kopek rebus dan lenyek
6biji telur di kacau bersama kentang lenyek tadi.
2 biji bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
2 kiub ayam
4 sudu besar lada hitam ditumbuk.
Mintak utk menumis
Garam dan sedikit gula.
Tumis bawang sampai kuning. Masukkan telur dan kentang tadi kacau. Boh garam kiub ayam dan sedikit gula.. Masukkan sayur kacau masukkan lada hitam tumbuk dan daun sup.. Kacau .. Siap..
Tepung tadi dinipiskan guna pencanai dan intikan... Akak guna mesin mee je.. Kemudian tekan2 guna garpu.. Boleh digoreng.. Cara goreng sama mcm goreng karipap..

Bahan-Bahan
1 biji bawang holland (dipotong dadu)
3 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
2 biji kentang (dipotong dadu)
400 gm daging cincang
4 sb serbuk kari daging
2 biji telur
Garam
Gula
Kulit popia
Cara memasak
1. Tumiskan bawang holland dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan kentang dan masak untuk seketika.
3. Masukkan pula daging cincang dan masak seketika.
4. Kemudian, masukkan serbuk kari, gaulkan sekejap.
5. Tuangkan air secukupnya dan gaulkan semuanya sehingga sebati.
6. Masak inti murtabak sehingga kentang menjadi lembut dan inti kering sedikit.
7. Perasakan dengan sedikit gula dan garam.
8. Kacaukan telur dan campurkan inti murtabak ke dalamnya, gaulkan sebati.
9. Sediakan kulit popia, letakkan sedikit inti murtabak dan lipatkannya.
10. Gorengkan murtabak di atas pan sehingga kulit popia bertukar keperangan.
11. Murtabak mini berinti daging siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ingredients
1 holland onion (dice cut)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 potatoes (dice cut)
400 gm of minced beef
4 tbsp of meat curry powder
2 nos eggs
Salt
Sugar
Spring roll skins
Cooking methods
1. Saute' holland onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add potato and cook for a while.
3. Add minced beef and cook for a moment.
4. Then, add curry powder, mix for a while.
5. Pour water sufficiently and stir them well.
6. Cook the martabak filling until potatoes soften and the filling becomes dry.
7. Season with bit of sugar and salt.
8. Mix lightly beaten eggs and martabak filling together, mix them well.
9. Prepare spring roll skins, place bit of filling on it and fold it.
10. Pan fry it until the skin turns golden brown.
11. Meat stuffed mini martabak is ready to be served.

In Indonesia, the Murtabak is one of the most popular street foods and is known as "martabak". There are two Indonesian versions: a sweet one, and a savory one with egg and meat.
The common ingredients of Indonesian egg martabak, besides the dough, is seasoned ground meat (beef, chicken or mutton), sliced green onions, some herbs (optional), beaten eggs, salt and potatoes. Some street vendors mix the ground beef with curry seasoning. In Indonesia, the common spices to make the seasoned ground meat are shallots, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, some salt and sometimes a little bit of monosodium glutamate. All the spices are ground or minced and stir-fried altogether. Some martabak makers add extra ingredients and other varieties to make their martabak unique, but they all share the same main dough. To sauté martabak, the chef uses a very large flat frying pan or iron griddle. Usually they use vegetable oil to sauté, but it is not uncommon to use ghee or butter too.
Before serving, martabak usually is cut into portions. Savoury versions of martabak in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore usually is served with pickled condiments consisting of diced cucumber, sliced carrot, shallots and sliced chillies in sweetened vinegar. In Malaysia, Singapore and some areas in Sumatra, martabak is served with kari (curry) gravy. In Palembang, another variety to serve martabak is with curry (usually diced potatoes in beef curry) and topped with chillies in sweet-sour soy sauce.
