媽媽選擇餵人奶真係一個好大嘅commitment. 無論係full time mom 定係working mom都要隨時候命，忙個不停。

我好佩服要返工又要搵時間係公司泵奶嘅媽媽。Working mom又餵人奶，時間真係好唔夠用，我之前都試過拍劇一放break就去泵奶，感覺都真係幾攰。好彩TVB有個女休息室，等我可以舒舒服服做呢件事。用雙邊電動奶泵喇叭，每次泵奶唔使15分鐘，慳返好多時間。

母乳媽媽愈relax就可以有愈多奶量，所以有好嘅環境配合同岩既工具好重要。我知道好多媽媽或者未有我咁幸運，因為佢嘅公司可能都冇房間俾佢泵奶。希望香港越來越多人支持餵哺母乳，商場或者工作嘅地方都增設更加多嘅母嬰室方便媽媽餵奶或者泵奶啦。當然如果產假可以放得更加長就Perfect，大家話係唔係？

For me breastfeeding is the best and I totally enjoy the experience.
It’s such a beautiful thing knowing your baby needs you, knowing she wants to be close to you, knowing that I am providing her with everything she needs.
Every woman’s feeding journey is however different and whatever makes you and your baby most comfortable is always best.
I missed breastfeeding terribly after I had stopped doing so for my other girls, so I intend to breastfeed Noa as long as possible this time.
Although I prefer to feed her directly from my breast, it is impossible for me to have her exclusively on the boob all the time as I need to get back to work as soon as possible, just like a lot of working moms out there. Also Daddy wants to help out and have that special bonding time to connect with her too. This is why it’s so important to find a quality breast pump like mine which is comfortable and effective so you can get the job done quickly and focus on other important things like snuggling and sleeping!
