Churning out healthy and wholesome breakfast, lunch and dinner effortlessly like a pro, without breaking a sweat? That's me 💁🏻♀️, with the help of these @kawan_food Low GI Paratha and Chapatti. Made from natural ingredients such as Okra, Lentil and Fenugreek, these low GI flatbreads promote slower digestion and keeps you feeling fuller for longer. It is also 30% lower in fat in comparison with their regular range, without compromising on its taste and texture.
For breakfast, I made my favourite mamak order - roti telur tampal and roti pisang cheese using the Low GI Paratha, paired with Kawan Dhal Curry. For lunch, it was a fusion quesadilla made using the Low GI Chapatti, home made bolognese sauce, avocados and lots of mozzarella cheese. For dinner, we had our favourite butter chicken and Kawan vegetable curry with the Low GI Chapatti. The low GI flatbread is definitely a freezer staple for me, so quick and easy to make (from freezer to pan, no thawing required).
