Uni-Vibe是原本要模仿Chorus與Leslie Speaker類的Modulation效果器，70年代開始量產後，就被大量的運用在當時最火紅的迷幻搖滾音樂中，Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd的David Gilmour都是它的愛用者。
由一顆可以控制閃爍頻率的燈、四個光敏電阻與Phaser電路，造就了Uni-Vibe獨特的聲音，最早一顆非常的大台，後來由MXR重新設計，變得和一般的效果器一樣輕便，也保留經典的音色！
