Tapi ni versi jimat la untuk anak ramai ke sesuai sangat. Kalau nk beli dekat starbuck satu dah berapa 😁😁
Bahan-bahan :
- Air coklat (guna farm fresh sedap tak manis)
- Coklat chip
- Ais batu
Cara-cara:
1. Mix semua dalam blender lepas tu blend sampai halus.
2. Nak sedap lagi tambah la whipping cream tp saya takde stock. So tukar la guna vanilla ice cream 😋😋

FUNFACT: the wine paired with this dish is by Mönchsberg , a winery that existed when Mozart 🎶 was alive! They’re bringing back traditions and making it very limited, around hundred or so bottles per year, and the restaurant only gets 18 bottles per year!

Scallop with watermelon, peas and tomato! All the ingredients were super fresh, and the scallop was chargrilled to perfection 😘

This dish was from the vegetarian menu, 🌱 the Polenta crepe with with grilled vegetables and leek stock. Wasn’t expecting any surprises there but the the plating was spectacular and there were many layers in terms of texture on the plate 😍 Didn’t know vegetables can be so playful!

Filet of veal and raviolo filled with braised shoulder and passed cress, needless to say, the name of the dish itself suggests complexity, and it only exceeded expectations! ☺️

1 piece mixed-vegetables tempura
some dipping sauce
some Kujo Negi
some grated ginger
1 Onsen tamago
Dashi sauce(120 g)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Hondashi(bonito soup stock)
100 g Japanese moderately thick brown sauce
Tsuke Tsuyu(500 ml)
60 ml mirin
60 ml soy sauce
400 ml water
1 tsp Hondashi(bonito soup stock)
Mixed-vegetable Tempura(2 pieces)
1/2 onion
25g carrot
25 g sweet potato
10 g green part Japanese leek
50 g flour
70 ml ice water
