男朋友:「唉~女友話要做KOL,經常要我幫她拍照,但每次拍完都被嫌棄拍得差,現在給她拍照都很大壓力。」
CheckCheckCin:根據非正式統計,十個有九個女生都嫌棄男友/老公不會拍照,其實雙方都有責任,首先女生不要當男生是專業攝影師,在拍攝過程中有認真努力過其實已值得嘉許;男生亦不要敷衍回應「Hea影」,與對方一起研究如何影靚相也是情趣啊!綜合女生的意見,男生影相出現的問題不離以下幾個:
.角度不對
明明女生已經先拍一張示範,叫男生站在同一位置影,但出來效果總是不對!別忘記二人有身高差別呢!你的高度看到的和他的根本不一樣,先拍一張看看再調整角度吧。
.高抄還是低抄?
女生自拍總是小V臉,男生給女生拍卻拍出大餅面!記著拍上半身或臉部特寫時宜「高抄」,就能輕鬆拍出尖臉;但拍全身照時記得「中低抄」,這樣比較能顯腳長。
.路人雜物入鏡
男生他們的眼中只有你吧,所以拍照時只看到你這個主角,連把路人和雜物入鏡也不知道!這個情況女生在拍照時不妨多出聲提點就能避免啊!
.鬆郁矇
影像清晰是拍攝的最低要求,如果連主角都看不清楚,又難怪女友發脾氣。要避免相片鬆郁矇,盡量避免在不夠光的環境拍攝,如果你特別容易手震,可以讓手靠著牆或枱穩住身體。
.自拍大餅臉
誰都知道自拍時站前面會顯得臉大,所以自拍時男生記得搶著「揸機」,讓女生躲在你身後,這樣拍出來女生的臉自然變小,是加分位啊!

CheckCheckCin: Based on unofficial statistics, nine out of ten women are unhappy with the fact that their boyfriends or husbands do not know how to take proper photos of them. Based on the feedback from some women, here are some problems they found in the photos taken by their boyfriends:
.Bad angle
The girlfriend might have demonstrated how to shoot, but the boyfriend still fails to produce the effect she wants! Don’t forget about the difference in height! What you see from your height might be very different from that of his. Try taking a photo first and make adjustments accordingly.
.Top-down or bottom-up angle?
Women are good at capturing the V-shaped face in their selfies, but their boyfriends will always accentuate their rounded features instead! Remember to take a half-body shot or close-up profile from a high angle to create that V-shaped face. When taking a full-body shot, remember to shoot from a low angle so the person can look taller and more slender.
.Random objects and people

.Blur and out of focus

If you tend to shiver, try resting your hands on a wall or a pillar to stabilize your body.

Everyone knows the closer we are to the camera when taking a selfie, the rounder our face will be in the photo. So guys, remember to position yourself in front of the camera and make the ladies stand behind you. They will appreciate you for the ‘sacrifice’ you made!

Resepi ini Cik Bee ambik daripada Che Mat Gebu. Terima kasih tuan empunya resepi..

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)
300 g mentega (guna unsalted butter lagi sedap)
280 g tepung gandum*
1 camca besar susu tepung*
1 camca teh baking powder*(*digaul rata dan ayak)
5 biji telur gred A
1 camca besar ovallate
250 g gula halus
30 g gliserin*
20 ml air*(*disatukan)
1 1/2 camca teh coklat emulco
1 camca teh strawberry emulco
1 /2 camca teh rose essence

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
Lenser tin berukuran 8 x 8 x 3 inci dengan mentega, alas dasar tin dengan kertas minyak, lenser kertas tadi dengan sedikit mentega. Ketepikan.
Putar mentega hingga pucat, pada speed sederhana, masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis, putar rata dan alihkan ke dalam mangkuk lain.
Dalam mixing bowl yang bersih dan kering, masukkan gula halus dan ovallate, putar hingga rata. Masukkan kelima2 biji telur, dan putar pada kelajuan tinggi hingga telur kembang dan kental seperti adunan baulu (macam dalam gambar).
Perlahankan sedikit speed dan masukkan adunan no. 2 sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis, putar rata dan masukkan bancuhan air + gliserin, gaul rata.
Bahagikan adunan kepada 3 bahagian. 1 bahagian + coklat emulco, 1 bahagian + strawberry emulco dan 1 bahagian + rose essence (yang ini biar plain). Tuang aduan secara berselang seli dalam tin tadi. Lorekkan dengan hujung pisau atau chopstik, pastikan hujung pisau/chopstik sampai ke dasar adunan.
Bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 175C selama 55 minit hingga 1 jam, bergantung pada oven masing2. Sejukkan atas jaringan sepenuhnya sebelum dihidangkan.

CATATAN MAT GEBU :- Kalau tak de gliserin, abaikan gliserin dan air, ganti dengan 50 ml susu cair atau whipping cream. Pasal perisa dan pewarna untuk marble tu boleh ikut citarasa masing2. Oven perlu dipanaskan 10 minit sebelum membakar kek.

THE MATERIALS :-)
300 g of butter (using unsalted butter is even better)
280 g of wheat flour *
1 large teaspoon of flour milk *
1 teaspoon baking powder tea * (* flat digaul and ayak)
5 eggs grade A
1 big teaspoon ovallate
250 g of refined sugar
30 g of glycerine *
20 ml of water * (* united)
1 1/2 teaspoon emulco chocolate tea
1 teaspoon strawberry emulco tea
1 / 2 teaspoon rose essence tea

HOW TO MAKE IT :-)
8 x 8 x 3 inch tin lenser with butter, tin base with oil paper, paper lenser just now with some butter. Put aside.
Spin the butter to pale, at a simple speed, insert flour little by little until the end, spin the flat and move it into another bowl.
In a clean and dry mixing bowl, insert refined sugar and ovallate, spin to the flat. Put in five eggs, and spin at high speed until the egg blooms and thick as the baulu mix (as in the picture).
Slow down some speed and insert the mix of no. 2 little by little until the end, spin flat and insert water + glycerine mix, flat mix.
Divide the mix into 3 parts. 1 parts + emulco chocolate, 1 parts + strawberry emulco and 1 parts + rose essence (let it be plain). Pouring the complaint in the can just now. Lore it with knife or chopsticks, make sure the knife / chopsticks end to the mix base.
Burn in a heated oven at 175 C for 55 minutes to 1 hours, depending on each oven. Cool down to the full tissue before serving.

NOTE FLUFFY MAT :- If you don't have glycerine, ignore glycerine and water, replace it with 50 ml of liquid milk or whipping cream. Because of the flavour and dye for marble you can follow your taste. The oven needs to be heated for 10 minutes before burning the cake.Translated

Be honest, we’ve never tried a carrot cake before, until we found this recipe. We’re so surprised that It’s so easy and super super yummy. Everybody loves it. This cake is totally different from sponge cake or chiffon cake, it’s dense, super soft and deeply moist. And adding the walnuts in the batter is the perfect combination.
Carrot cake is an old fashioned dessert. Many food historians believe carrot cake originated from Europeans in the Middle Ages, when sugar and sweeteners were expensive and many people used carrots as a substitute for sugar. Even use it to make desserts.

☞ Cake pan size: 15cm/ 6inch
✎ Ingredients
☞ For the cake
carrots 250g, peeled
egg 2, at room temperature
granulated sugar 112g
vegetable oil 150ml (133g)
all-purpose flour 150g
ground cinnamon 1.3g (1/2 tsp)
baking powder 2g (1/2 tsp)
baking soda 1.5g (1/4 tsp)
salt 1.6g (1/4 tsp)
walnuts 75g
☞ For the icing
cream cheese 125g, at room temperature
unsalted butter 62g, at room temperature
vanilla extract 2g (¼ tsp)
powdered sugar 30g
✎ Intructions
1. Preheat the oven to 170˚C
2. Butter the cake pan and line its base with a parchment paper.
3. Roughly chop the walnuts and then place them into the food processor, use the pulse function so you don’t end up with walnut paste.
4. Peel the carrots and remove the top and bottom. Cut into small chunks. Place the carrot chunks into the food processor, finely grated. Or grate the carrots on the small holes of grater. Set aside.
5. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt together, mix well.
6. Beat the eggs and sugar on medium speed for 3 minutes with an electric hand mixer, until fluffy and a bit of light.
7. Gradually pour in the oil little by little while beating constantly until fully combined.
8. Add the carrots and fold evenly by spatula, then add the dry ingredients into the mixture until just to incorporate. Finally fold in the walnuts.
9. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 45~50 minutes or until a knife or sticker inserted in the center comes out clean.
10. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan, once the pan is cool to the touch, remove the cake from the pan and let cool completely on the rack.
11. Make the icing. Beat the butter with vanilla extract, till smooth, then add the cream cheese and beat for a few minutes till the mixture is well combined. Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
12. When the cake is cold, ice the top with the icing, it can be as smooth or rough as you like.

This recipe is step by step guide to make a homemade preserve. It's easy and so delicious. Mix with 3 fruits to create a fantasy flavor to become a longtime favorite. Even a jam-making novice can make it easily.

Confiture Ispahan Recipe
☞ This recipe can make 3 jars (150ml, each)
✎ Ingredients
raspberries 300g, fresh or frozen
litchi 200g, pitted and skinned
granulated sugar 350g
lemon juice 20g
rose water 25ml
✎ Instructions
1. Rinse and rub the litchis under a running tap, and soak them for 3~5 minutes. Then wash again, drain and pat them dry with a tea towel or paper towel.
2. Remove the skins and pits of litchis, and cut into 3-4 pieces.
3. Leave the frozen raspberries to finish defrosting at room temperature for 20 minutes.
4. Add raspberries into a food processor, pulse until mixture become smooth. Place a fine mesh strainer over a saucepan, pour the pureed raspberries into the sieve, mash and press with a spoon to remove the seeds. But if you don’t mind the seeds, you can ignore this step.
5. Add litchis, lemon juice and sugar to the saucepan, mix well and then heat to a simmer over medium heat, turn off the heat.
6. Pour the fruit mixture into a large bowl. Cover with a parchment and plastic wrap, let cool and then place in the refrigerator overnight.
7. The next day, to sterilize jam jars at first. Pour the mixture puree into a saucepan. Stir gently over a medium high heat, bring to a boil, and boil for more 10 minutes. stir frequently and skim skim the foam.
8. After 10 minutes, add rose water to the jam, and bring to a boil again.
9. Remove from heat and ladle hot jams into sterilized jars. Place lids and seal. Turning the jars upside down. Let cool and place in the refrigerator.
